Clean, modern hotel. Nice location, about 10 minutes by foot to the center. Welcoming staff, breakfast was good to start the morning.Overall a wonderful hotel!

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children.

난생 처음 half board란 걸 미리 예약하고 갔는데, 결론부터 말하면 저녁식사는 기대했던 것에 비해 실망이 컸고, 아침식사는 훌륭했습니다. 저녁식사가 부페식으로 진행된 탓인지 고급 호텔에서의 식사와는 거리가 멀었고 물이외에는 어떤 음료도 제공되지 않았습니다. 커피나 주류를 구입하는 것도 불가능했습니다. 아침식사는 아주 좋았습니다. 음식 종류도 많았고 하나 하나가 다 맛있었습니다.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

The original hotel was oversold, so we decided to stay there at the last minute. It was better than expected. The hotel is old and the location is a little off, but Sarajevo is not big, and there are parking lots available in the city center. There is a tram station nearby to the city center. The hotel has a parking garage for 10 euros per night, and there are also free public parking spaces nearby. The sauna and heated swimming pool that guests can use for free are great. The sauna is shared by men and women. There were few people on weekdays during our stay, but many people on weekends. The breakfast is average, and there are many halal foods. The room facilities are old, but the bathroom area is quite large, and many towels are provided. Free bottled water is available. There is no food nearby, so it is recommended to have a good dinner in the city center before returning to the hotel.

The location is good, the room is big, the 1st to 5th floors are the shopping mall, and the guest rooms are above. The breakfast is very rich. I like Mipas Hotel very much. Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free. An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me. Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. Product quotations must be written clearly, and tax cannot be clearly included, as the actual stay will incur new costs!

The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. However, although we arrived early, we could only be arranged to stay in a room on the lower floor. There is an underground parking lot. It may be charged. But we waived it on the second day. There are many Chinese people staying here, and we also saw crew members staying here.

The hotel is not far from the ancient bridge. There is a stone in the corner of the bridge on the right, with the words ”DONT FORGET 93” engraved in English on it. Walking on the streets paved with cobblestones, you will hear the high-pitched chanting of mosques and the ringing of church bells... The room is relatively small! Although breakfast is rich, it is very slow😆Be patient and wait❤️

What a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.
