Regal Airport Hotel

Airport
Great hotel if you have a layover in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's okay for just one night. The location is great, as there is no need to leave the airport or take a shuttle. The hotel is withing walking distance. It is a bit pricey though since there is nothing special to it. The bathtub needs to be fixed. The water doesn't drain properly.
Dorsett Wanchai

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
We had a great experience during our stay in Dorsett Wanchai. We enjoyed the very comfy bed and best view on the 25th floor, which was given as a complimentary gift since one of us is celebrating her birthday, plus a bottle of wine as a gift. The only thing is that we are four pax and two pax need to check out early so they cannot take breakfast, so we just requested a breakfast box for them to bring since it is very expensive in Hong Kong and a breakfast box would be good, especially for those who need to go early in the morning. The receptionist said that their breakfast is only for dine-in and there is no option for takeout or breakfast boxes. I suggest that since you are a four point five-star hotel, you should have an option for breakfast boxes since all guests are paying for breakfast, anyway its fine and just a suggestion. But all the staff are very accommodating, and it was a memorable experience for us. Thank you🥰 P&R Team
Gloucester Luk Kwok Hong Kong

Great hotel! Very clean and surprisingly the biggest room I've ever stayed in Hong Kong in 7 years! Lovely staff and an upgrade was also very nice. Facilities and location also very good! Think I have found a new hotel to stay when ever i am visiting from the mainland 🤙
Lan Kwai Fong Hotel @ Kau U Fong
4.2/5948 Reviews
Central and Admiralty
I was in the room 2002 with a cool partial view on the harbour. Original interior design. Great water pressure. There were slippers, bathrobes, hair conditioner and body lotion. Also, there was a UV-C air disinfector. I loved the lobby, as well. You can print and scan docs, charge your gadgets or just chill. The stuff were incredibly lovely and friendly. One guy was seemingly Chinese but had naturally ginger/light hair😳 He was soooooo cool. I guess, the only thing I didn't quite like was the hotel's location. You have to go through narrow streets. And lots of climbing and, too. Not really convenient if you walk from the MTR with a heavy suitcase😥.
Empire Prestige Causeway Bay

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
Very affordable, the place was cosy, clean, and it even comes with afternoon tea buffet and a visit to 30/F to enjoy the beautiful sunset of Hong Kong. For a 4 star hotel to come with a doorboy is also very surprising, the service is more than adequate. Location-wise it is around 5-6 min walk from mtr station, wouldn’t say it’s the best, but could still certainly call it convenient :) Overall saying, the package was very nice at a very good price!
Bishop Lei International House
4.4/51098 Reviews
Central and Admiralty
The service at Bishop Lei is excellent, and I especially loved the location next to the Mid-levels escalator. The hotel provides frequent complimentary bus shuttles into town, and there are also plenty of buses and taxis right at the hotel's doorstep, so you never have to worry about transportation. It is also just 10 minutes by taxi to the Hong Kong Airport Express station, so if you have to take an early morning flight, it's perfect!
Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island
4.4/51066 Reviews
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
All the hotel staff are extremely hospitable, professional, and polite. However, that is the only positive aspect of the hotel. The property is very basic and desperately in need of renovation. On the travel app, it is advertised as one of the top 20 most Instagrammable hotels in Hong Kong, but I have no idea what one would photograph. The swimming pool on the 27th floor was locked, but through the door, I could see that it was very small and shallow—unsuitable even for children. The location is right next to a street market, which can get extremely crowded. Breakfast, advertised as a semi-buffet, was very simple and below average. This review is directed at IHG, as they should seriously consider renovating the property. The staff are doing their best, but as it stands, this is hardly a 4-star hotel. I initially chose it because of my previous stay at Indigo Bangkok, which was a much better experience.
Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel

Airport
This is NOT a family friendly hotel. From arrival the doormen (5 in total) served one car that was leaving the hotel. Did not help us with our bags or the door even when my son dropped a bag. The staff at the pool were overbearing and worried about everything. Although in Trip and other websites it says “children stay for free” this does not include the lounge and breakfast which in our vast experience is the case at most hotels where children stay for free. This was not what I expected from a Marriott hotel. Will not recommend or stay here again.

Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong

Great hotel with excellent service! These kinds of service standards are very hard to find in Hong Kong. They helped me with early check-in and late check-out. The hotel is also very close to the convention centre, just 2 mins interior walk.
