The stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! This was by far the best hotel experience we had during our May Day holiday trip. Zhangye doesn't have many high-rated international chain hotels, so choosing a hotel this time involved a lot of careful deliberation. We finally settled on this one, which was a reasonable distance from the train station, newly opened, and had good reviews. From the name, it seems to be a local brand. Upon checking in, I found I definitely made the right choice! A good hotel truly enhances a journey. From the moment I met the pick-up driver at the train station, I knew I hadn't chosen wrong. Perhaps seeing that I had two kids with me, they proactively upgraded our room. There's water available on every floor. Fresh fruit plates are provided in the room daily. Turn-down service includes yogurt, eye masks, and earplugs. The attentiveness was truly touching. The service was absolutely, incredibly, and proactively detailed. They were highly sensitive to our needs without making us feel watched. The amenities at the front desk were thoughtful: iodine swabs, band-aids, disinfectant wipes, masks, dental floss, makeup remover wipes, hair ties, hair clips, and even hair gel... precisely meeting the needs of a mom traveling with kids. They absolutely must keep this up! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Zhangye in the future. During our trip to Zhangye, we chose the Hanting Premium Hotel based on its reputation. However, my husband suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis while we were there. What I expected to be an anxious and helpless experience turned into an incredibly precious and heartwarming one. Our attendant, Tian Li, immediately accompanied us to the clinic, meticulously took care of ordering our meals, and even personally prepared and delivered congee and fish soup, which deeply moved us. Tian Li and Zhu Jing then helped us cancel our train tickets and rebook our return flights, ensuring we had no further worries. Meanwhile, the restaurant staff's warm concern made us feel truly cared for; every meal was filled with warmth. The cleaning lady was also incredibly thoughtful and thorough, tidying up our room multiple times a day, allowing us to rest peacefully even in this special situation. Every small detail showed genuine care. The warmth of that bowl of hot congee and those comforting words made a foreign place feel less strange and our hearts feel secure and supported. Some emotions are beyond words but will stay in our hearts forever. We are grateful for this encounter and for this kindness that goes above and beyond service. 🙏 Such service deserves to be seen by more people. I genuinely recommend it, five-star rating!

Zhangye isn't a large city, so staying near the West High-Speed Rail Station is convenient. It's mostly residential around here, so the environment is generally quiet. Taxis are easy to find, and it's only a couple of kilometers to the city center, costing a very cheap six or seven yuan. The only minor drawback is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage after getting off the high-speed train. I'd recommend just taking a taxi directly. After a terrible stay in Dunhuang for the first two nights, I really put my trust in an international brand, and the management level is completely different. Hampton Inn isn't luxurious, but it has everything you need. Plus, the hotel is new, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can choose a memory foam pillow, which is great for people with neck problems. Also, the laundry room is fantastic! It started snowing in the morning and my pants and clothes got wet, but I was able to wash and dry them immediately after going back at noon, which was incredibly practical! Because I had a late flight, the front desk allowed me a late check-out, which was great. There's bottled water available on every floor, and plenty of seating in the lobby on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about lingering, and charging is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and considering it's around 300 yuan a night, it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Zhangye.

Just a few minutes' walk from Dunhuang Night Market, the hotel was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Ms. Xiaoqing from the tourism department, who picked us up, was also incredibly warm and hospitable. Big thumbs up! Next time I come to Dunhuang, I'll definitely stay at Dunhuang Hotel again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is superb, with direct elevator access to Mingjiahui Fashion Center, which is hands down the best shopping mall in Jiayuguan in terms of ambiance and experience. It's also a short taxi ride to the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area. The service here was outstanding. A big thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the afternoon of April 29th for upgrading our room – I'm just sad I didn't catch her employee number. The breakfast environment was quiet and elegant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that weren't greasy. They even made fresh wontons and noodles to order, tailored to your taste. Special thanks to restaurant staff member #39 for her thoughtful service; she customized our dishes to perfection. Even though it was a self-service buffet, she proactively brought freshly prepared food right to our table. On our second day, heading to Jiayuguan Fort, staff members #20 and #21 helped us arrange for the hotel's MPV business van. The 6-seater van was incredibly comfortable, and the drive was very smooth – a big thanks to the driver as well. When we checked out, they, along with the supervisor, prepared special Jiayuguan souvenirs and some snacks for our upcoming journey, which was going to be a bit hectic. The room maintenance was impeccable; there were no noticeable issues with our stay experience. After we offered some suggestions for further improvement, the hotel promptly organized a review and provided feedback. My thanks to room attendant #51 for calling to inquire about the details, and also to the supervisor for speaking with us directly and personally looking into our suggestions. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for their care, which made our first visit to Jiayuguan a joyful memory and made us feel truly at home. I hope the hotel enjoys thriving business in the future, and I wish all the staff members continued success and well-being.

Room Facilities: Very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The room is simple yet elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. Service: Since it was New Year's Eve, everyone was quite excited. A group of young people next door were still playing music, drinking, and singing at 3 AM, which was quite disruptive. The front desk promptly came up to resolve the issue, and the service was excellent.

The overall homestay completely exceeded our expectations: highly recommended 🌟 Very very clean, the design is particularly warm, the rooms with balconies are equipped with a full set of equipment for tea in the stove. You can make your own tea on the balcony. The balcony is opposite the highest point of the Quanzhagana B&B. The fairy beach and the mountains are all in the morning. 7:30 (we came in May) You can watch the sunrise directly from the balcony 🌅 The equipment in the room is very complete. We came in May. The weather was slightly cool. There was a vertical air conditioner in the room. It was warm in five minutes. The bed, bathroom, shower room were very clean. The disposable toilet pad and towels were all prepared. More thoughtful than we thought. The restaurant is on the top floor. You don’t have to worry about eating problems. Three meals a day can be solved in the restaurant. The meal has Chinese food. It can be said to be very delicious. It is the most delicious meal in Gannan. As soon as I entered the door, the boss sister cooked the barley milk tea. The three cups were also cut. The watermelon and melon were very clean. The boss brother and sister were very clean. Even their own puppy was very clean. The rooftop was very clean. The view was very good.

A very nice guesthouse. The owner is warm and welcoming, the courtyard has a lovely atmosphere, the hairdryer is a Laifen brand and works very well, the bedding and linens are very clean, and the facilities are complete. You can stay here with peace of mind. It's very close to the Mingsha Mountain scenic area, parking is convenient, and there are charging stations available. I would definitely stay here again next time I come.

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

This hotel deserves a perfect score 💯! It was the most comfortable and satisfying stay I had along the Qinghai-Gansu loop, and the price offers incredible value for money. 1. There were complimentary snacks in the room upon check-in. 2. The staff were very thoughtful and provided a guide to Zhangye, which gave us plenty of ideas for food, fun, and entertainment. 3. The hairdryer being a Laifen brand is a definite plus! 4. Breakfast was incredibly rich and plentiful. Everyone in my group raved about it and said it kept them full until lunch! Turns out the Lanzhou noodles at this hotel are made fresh on the spot.
