We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

This marks my third stay here, and I've always been delighted to receive a room upgrade – thank you so much! ❤️ My only minor feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the glasses in the room; please pay a little more attention to that. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. It was a bit of a shame that during this weekday stay, the kids' breakfast area wasn't available. We also tried the Bubba Spa Kids, and my child absolutely loved it! I hope to see some promotions for the kids' spa in the future ☺️ Overall, everything was fantastic, and I hope for another room upgrade on my next visit too! 😅

This hotel gives you modern comfort amidst nature since it is located inside Taman Safari Indonesia. It also has direct access to the TSI and very convenient for our trip with the kids. The booking comes with delicious breakfast buffet. Definitely will come back for more.

The room is spacious and there are plenty of food for breakfast. The food taste good. The staffs are also friendly and helful.

Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious and clean. Well maintain. But a bit run down on furnitures and paintings. Some lightings in the room is not working and the room not bright enough. The rain showers also need to be replace as the mechanism is too old and uncontrollable. The room service is great, no comments. Overall we have a pleasant stay there for 5 nights.

We had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

Hotel with perfect service. points plus - hotel is easy to find - location in the city center - near to Gazibu sports facilities, who like jogging with the best view. - clean and very comfortable to stay. - spacious and clean lobby area, - Playground available for children. - Attractive room design, not boring. - various information is on TV & The TV can mirror if you need it. - Mineral water is provided in large portions, you can also refill it at the dispenser outside the room. - the receptionist is also good, very friendly, upgraded my room. - The security guard is also friendly - I really enjoy the view of Bandung city with rainy weather, so I feel at home in Bandung haha just a little expensive. Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.
