The elevator was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning wasn't working, and it felt especially cramped when it was full. This definitely needs improvement. However, the facilities were excellent and very comfortable, and the overall layout was well-designed. What's more, unlike the heated pool in Sokcho which had an unpleasant odor, Samcheok's was perfectly clean and odorless. I'd definitely love to go back.

If you are looking for an easy sunrise experience, this hotel is for you! You can set the alarm, then open the curtain. Once the alarm goes off, open your eyes and there you go! Sun is rising in front of your eyes! My happiness was beyond words. The beach, the sauna, the vibe was all fantastic!

Advantages Conveniently situated Generously sized accommodations Impressive amenities Perfect for family trips, this place offers all the amenities you need, just like an Airbnb. You'll find a cooker, pots and pans and cutlery readily available. Conveniently located near a variety of dining options Drawbacks The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging. Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

Good experience with Legoland Resort Hotel! The location is very close to the Legoland Park. Many facilities within the hotel, but nothing to play in the legoland in winter. Most of the games was closed. Hopefully we can spend a whole day in the hotel.

I went on a 2-night, 3-day trip with my family. There was no inconvenience at all for a family of 8, and my parents, who are picky about accommodations, said they had a great time. And I was able to move around freely because there was a mobile key, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation :) It is near Cheongcho Lake, so it is good for taking a walk, and there are convenient facilities (marts, convenience stores, etc.) nearby, and there are also restaurants nearby, so it was good to go out and visit lightly. The downside is that the windows of the accommodation are so visible from both inside and outside, so the night view and the view are so good, but it was a bit disappointing that the curtains had to be closed, and the water pressure was weak when showering.

I went on a 2-day, 1-night trip with my spouse on the 22nd and 23rd. The hotel condition was really good and there was nothing lacking for the two of us. In particular, Naksansa Temple, Beach Beach, and raw fish restaurants and restaurants were nearby, so it was nice to be able to move around without a car. The deck path along Beach Beach was well-maintained, so I was able to see the enchanting sunrise while taking a walk in the morning, which was so happy. I want to visit again next time.^^

The Sokcho Cassia Hotel, which we visited for our wedding anniversary trip, was located in Daepo Port, and we could see both the port and the sea from the veranda of the accommodation. It was on the 25th floor, and when we went in, there was a slight musty smell from the bathroom shower room, so we took off one star for cleanliness! The breakfast here was 66,000 won, which was expensive compared to other accommodations, so we had high expectations, but there weren't many options for the price. Weekends are divided into three parts, and you can choose on a first-come, first-served basis when you check in. I think the checkout time was 11:00, but we checked out right after 8:00 after the first part of the breakfast to avoid traffic.

Overall, the amenities (pool, petting zoo, convenience store) were excellent for families, and we were quite satisfied. However, one major disappointment was the attitude of the staff member who handled our check-in. As check-in is the hotel's first impression, I believe a staff member's demeanor truly reflects the hotel's image and professionalism. Even if the price is more affordable than other 5-star hotels, guests still book with the expectation of 5-star service. Therefore, the disappointing way the initial check-in was handled by the staff member clearly requires improvement. Here’s a breakdown of the interaction: 1. I explained that I had requested a bed guard during the booking process. -> The staff member responded: 'We didn't receive any separate information about that.' 'It seems you booked through an international website, and that kind of request doesn't show up on our end. All bed guards are currently unavailable/out of stock.' 2. Given I have a young child, I inquired if I needed to make an additional booking should a guard become available. -> The reply was: 'There's no separate reservation for that.' 'If they're already out, they won't become available again.' 3. I asked if customers are expected to constantly call and check then. -> The staff member said: 'Since you made the reservation the day before, it's highly probable that bed guards wouldn't have been available anyway.' 'Even if you call, there won't be any.' Is this truly the appropriate way for a 5-star hotel to handle a guest? Am I, the guest, at fault for booking last minute or via a third-party site? I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. For a 5-star hotel, wouldn't a more fitting response from a service staff member be something like: 'Since you booked through an international site, sometimes details like this don't get fully transmitted to us. All our bed guards are currently in use, but let me see if one might become available, or if there's anything else we can provide as a substitute'? Curiously, when I raised the complaint to a different staff member, they managed to find a bed guard in storage and provided it. (What does that say about the earlier response?) Frankly, even after receiving it, I didn't feel good about the whole experience. Considering this is a hotel popular with families, this kind of guest interaction definitely requires serious improvement.

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Ramada while on a family ski trip to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort.  The hotel was very convenient and was a nice place to stay during our trip.  Only really had two complaints about the experience.  (1) We booked a family room that said it would accommodate up to 4 people (we have 4 in our family).  However, they only provide bedding for 3 people, so you have to pay a nightly fee for bedding for the 4th person (didn't realize this until we checked in).  If the room can accommodate up to 4 people, then bedding should be provided up to 4 people, especially when the hotel knew we had 4 people from the time of booking.  (2) The breakfast is super convenient as there isn't much open/available in the area in the morning time.  However, it is very expensive, so be prepared!  Even with the hotel guest discount (10%) we still paid over 90,000 KRW each day for breakfast!

GGuest UserIt's a little far from Namchunchun Station, but it's along the road so it's easy to find. (The photo shows the exterior from the back.) I entered from the back, so I got a little lost to the reception desk lol. It's right there if you enter from the front. When I checked in, the reservation confirmation didn't go smoothly, so I was a little worried that maybe the reservation hadn't been made!? But the staff member helped me out by asking me to wait a moment, and I was able to stay there without any problems. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I would visit again!!! There were many places to visit nearby and there was a convenience store in the main building, so it was convenient!!

AAnonymous UserI stayed in a 3 person condo. I came to enjoy the clean air and scenery of Inje. I also took advantage of the sauna and lodging discount. I used the hot and cold shower facility well as it was small but clean. The breakfast was well-organized, delicious, and very clean. I had a good meal... Thank you to all the friendly staff... ^^ I had a good rest… disadvantage The floor and walls of the condo room are a little noisy. The bed shakes a little without stability. Parking is a bit inconvenient

AAnna Cho 0153I booked a children's ski school and used the accommodation. After checking out the next day, I chose the Valley Village 31-pyeong Noble, which was remodeled because I skied. The interior of the room was clean and convenient to use. However, it might be a bit inconvenient to use the ski resort while staying, not for golf, since it's about 10 minutes away by car. Still, I recommend it for the price:)

JJonnyThe hotel is located in a mountain, very quiet, just like the castle in a fairy tale. The wooden house is very dreamy. The service is super good. It helps to arrange the routes around and call a taxi. The hotel has many children’s fun facilities: feeding small animals, playground, fireworks, free The children don’t want to return to the cotton candy. Very close to the ski slopes, you can arrange a car to pick up and drop off. The cost of skiing is also cheaper than domestically. In short, the wall crack is recommended!
