The service was great, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Especially the fresh and natural juices!! Only thing was, opened our room door and there was no electricity? Front desk didn't inform us... Went to the front desk, then was told it was a key card that needed to be used into a key card slot in the room. (Never had seen this or heard) been in several hotels. (Learn something new everyday). Other than that. Nice stay.

The internet is very intermittent and slow, in my stay the air conditioning was not working and they had to change the room, breakfast is not good, only if it meets, the staff is kind, but the facilities are noted damaged and maintenance failures, as the last option because they meet, the other because they don't like

The room was dirty from the floor; it was seen land, hair... in bed one as another hair too. I understand that it was high season, there was too much people flow; but that doesn't remove that they should deliver the impecable facilities for the next guest entrance.
