We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is the best choice for us to stay after long haul flight from Sydney with connecting flight to other city in the morning. Airport Rep at SVB airport is very helpful and efficient. Check in process is fast and no hassles. Security service is seamless and professional. The only comment for the front desk to do better is sense of hospitality. We came to ask for delivery service around the hotel as we want to order some medicine. They just point us to 7-11 next to the hotel without asking or extending us assistance. They could do better in providing warm gestures.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained — cleanliness was excellent. Service and amenities were also good, with friendly staff and useful facilities. The location isn’t great if you’re planning to explore the city, but it’s very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is super convenient for transit stays. Overall, a pleasant experience for families, especially if you value comfort and cleanliness.

This is the first golf resort I stay and I must say I really like it! The resort does a good job in maintenance and pest control so there’s almost no mosquitoes around. It’s a beautiful resort where you can truly relax even though if you don’t play golf. The gym is big and it offers free fitness and yoga classes that can keep you busy for the day. There’s also a spa with reasonable price. The breakfast is good and there are a few other restaurants in the resort. We went to the Chinese restaurant twice as we really like it! Highly recommend to those who want a retreat and want to stay close to the airport.

Pros: - Cleanliness and comfort. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. Housekeeping was done regularly, which added to the overall comfort. - Pool and relaxation area. There is a small, well-maintained pool on-site, with sun loungers nearby where guests can unwind. This is a good option for those who want to spend time outdoors without leaving the hotel. - Staff. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful, though at times, responses took a little longer. Cons: - Location. The hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so getting around without a taxi or your own transport might be inconvenient. However, for those looking for accommodation near the airport, this could be an advantage. - Wi-Fi. The internet was available but sometimes unstable. If you need a reliable connection, it's best to have an alternative, such as mobile data. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for transit passengers as well as for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet environment. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is a nice pool area to relax. However, for a longer stay, it's worth considering the location and potential Wi-Fi issues.

The hotel's location is more than 20 minutes away from the airport. It is large in size, has complete supporting facilities, the room is clean, and the breakfast buffet is filling. It is very cost-effective for the same price. The check-in and check-out procedures are convenient, simple and fast, thumbs up

I stayed here because it's close to my office. As a business traveler, this hotel is acceptable. The way to get to the hotel is full of tall glasses and it's quite dark at night, but my colleague dropped me by car so it's fine. If you want to use coin laundry, you need to walk around 10 minutes. On the back side of Top (small supermarket), there's a coin laundry named ”Otteri”. 10 minutes was not long for me, but my clothes were heavy, so I needed some power to bring them there.

You don't expect to find such a classy hotel in this non-touristy area. The reception, lobby and breakfast area have a luxurious, stylish look, the spaces are very well decorated. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast is served in buffet style, with a variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, vegetables and pastry. The rooms are soberly furnished, but spacious and clean. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including a toothbrush with toothpaste. We have stayed here several times and will continue to return.
