Overall, I liked the hotel. I stayed there with my spouse and our two-year-old daughter. Our room was spotless. The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was strong—I absolutely loved that. The gentleman at the reception  was very polite and attentive; he even allowed us to check in early. The hotel's only downsides were that parking required a fee and the televisions were a bit outdated. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with everything.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I was impressed by how convenient it was to communicate with the staff through messages without having to make a phone call 😘 After I messaged about the safe being broken, someone came to fix it within five minutes. I was truly impressed by the quick response 👏🏼🥰 Other than the elevators being slow and crowded at times, we had a very comfortable stay 🩵

It was already past eight o'clock when I arrived at the store. There was an old lady at the front desk who didn't seem to trust full online payment for Ctrip orders. I haven't been able to arrange it after studying for a long time. I asked about this and that. This is the first time I have encountered this situation, and I wasted a lot of time. The online price is much more expensive than the store price. The hotel is very new, similar to domestic express hotels, with bright and modern colors. The windows are fully closed, but the sound insulation is average, and the traffic on the road is a bit noisy at night. There is water and coffee in the lobby all day long, and the seating area is beautiful. Next to the road, suitable for temporary accommodation.

The breakfast buffet was really good. There wasn't too many selection but everything was good. The location is the best, it's connected to Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square , so it was perfect for Black Friday. Although there were 2 days where they missed the housekeeping, but after we called they came the next day. But overall it is good.

The hotel is located in the city center, a great place, the parking lot is big enough, the service staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is good, the bed is full of comfort, but the steamed buns are too soft and not comfortable. In addition, there is still a shortage of the sink blocked after check-in, the phone contact counter staff to inform the situation, the back row maintenance staff came to the door to deal with, there was a smell in the processing process. Overall it should be considered a very good hotel.

The room size was decent, and the location is quite close to the airport, making it a good choice for a layover or to adjust to the time difference. The breakfast offered a good variety. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan was quite noisy. On the bright side, the morning glow outside the hotel entrance was beautiful.

Warm service, good environment, quite satisfactory, not bad, parking is convenient, but the money is collected, the distance to the space is OK, if it can be cheaper, there are many tramps nearby, do not dare to go out at night

My only complaint is the hardness of the beds...but that is a personal preference I know. Otherwise everything was really great!!

The location is great, in the heart of a typical American white town Kirkland Old Street. The business here is developed and convenient. The service is very good and there is a special door to help parking. Good breakfast
