The hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Chulalongkorn University's food street, and for other places, you can easily use Grab. I was traveling with two kids, and I booked a twin room. I knew beforehand that the hotel typically charges 700 THB for an extra bed, but the front desk lady didn't charge me, perhaps because my second child is quite small. She even upgraded us to a larger room for free! The common areas are decorated very grandly. While the hallways and rooms do show some age, they were perfectly clean and tidy, which is completely fine given the price. Downstairs, there are two convenience stores: a Lawson 108 right next to the lobby and a 7-Eleven just a stone's throw away, which is super convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean. The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay. Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping. Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge. Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

Wireless/Chidlom Bangkok|2.5km from city centre
It has a quirky great gatsby theme, which is the appeal and selling point of the hotel - aside from that, the hotel has rooms for improvement if they position themselves as a luxury 4-5 stars. Room and corridors are all quite dark. Bed and pillows are heavenly. Bathroom is dark and hard to do make up. Water pressure was good, they only have two big towels; not even medium towels are supplied for hair. No air ventilator in the bathroom either. Breakfast was most disappointing. They have buffet and special made order. The latter took so long to be delivered. And when it came, the portion and presentation was most disappointing. The so called fluffy pancake was the most disgusting pancake I have had. It’s very hard and chewy. Buffet breakfast was basic at best, one round of serving is more than enough. No need to go for second round. Service was mediocre at best from breakfast, rooftop bar to reception. The best was bell boy who attended our transportation arrangements to the airport. The hotel is fine, too gimmicky for my taste. Feels like they put on too much cosmetic, gimmicky efforts and not enough on the basic customer experience and hotel offering. I had high hopes because it was part of the autograph collection. Tried it once, never again. Not with this, or any other autograph collections.

A very pleasant hotel, everything met our expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff were always polite, friendly, and quick to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient — there are cafes, shops, and public transport nearby. It’s easy to walk to the city center or reach it within a few minutes by taxi. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Truly a 5-star hotel - there’re butler services for helping to bring your luggages up to your room, and even opening car doors for you. It's an older hotel, after all, but the location is truly excellent. It's very close to the Grand Palace, and right outside the door is a very bustling street. It's convenient to get anywhere and traffic isn't usually an issue. The value for money is quite good. Some of the reviews online are, how should I put it, a bit subjective. I've stayed at three hotels in Bangkok, with prices ranging from 200-400, and I think this one is quite good overall.

The room isn’t very big but it’s very clean. It might be a bit tricky if you need to open two large suitcases, but since my friend and I only brought carry-on luggage, it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. About a 10-minute walk takes you to a lively street with Robinson and lots of local snacks. The off-season price was really ideal. The pool is quite small, more suitable for soaking and enjoying the view.

The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok is a phenomenal choice if you prioritize location, expansive facilities, and value in the heart of the city. Situated directly on the vibrant Sukhumvit Soi 11 and just a two-minute walk from the BTS Nana Skytrain station, the connectivity here is truly unmatched. You are instantly immersed in Bangkok's best nightlife, dining, and easy access to major shopping centers like Terminal 21. While the hotel is large and has a classic history, recent updates—especially in the Sky Wing—ensure a comfortable and modern stay. I highly recommend booking a room in the Sky Wing for larger, more contemporary accommodations and often better views. The amenities are excellent; the outdoor pool area provides a great escape from the city heat, and the state-of-the-art fitness center is one of the biggest you'll find in a Bangkok hotel, complete with squash courts.

1. View is good especially at Moon Bar. If you stay at Ban Yan tree BKK, must visit because there will be entry fee THB 800 for outsider visitor but in-house is free entry, 2. Room cleanliness is honestly tell that; a) shower room has smells from drainage especially for 1st night but after shower, smells will be lesser.. b) amazing bath amenity that bath foam and bath oil, salt are awesome, pls try it however mold on the bath amenities area, which around the light that you won’t see it unless doing bath.. 😅 3. For check-out, you better to check the bill because, there was on daily extra charge around THB 60+ which for donation of Turtle 🐢that we never get information .. front desk staff genuinely removed it from bill.. it’s better to inform guest upon check in for better communication if needs to avoid inaccurate billing issue. 4. MRT, exit 2 and just go straight then you will see the hotel but need walk around 10-15min. Good thing is 7/11 very near not even walk 3min and you can buy the SIM card if needs.. THB99 for 5 days 10 GB which cheaper than airport. 5. Only outdoor pool they have, a bit small area which two people swim then feel already crowded 🤣 6. Some of housekeeping polite but not all. HSKP staff was explained that wet bathrobe was just hanged inside bathroom, once informed to HSKP staff, she helped to change but just directly open the wardrobe without any permission which made feeling uncomfortable. 7. Room has glass bottle of waters provided as complimentary. However the cover has some smells but the water still fine. 8. I booked a deluxe sky zone room and was given the room at 67th floor as per my request at higher floors. I have been here many many years ago and really have a good impression that time so I decided to rebook this one despite many other bad reviews on this hotel. True enough I still found it very pleasing and would like to come back and introduce to others. The hotel is near pratunam market, platinum mall, decembers and also easy to walk to central world and big c. This saves us transportation fee and spend the time wisely since our itinerary for this stay is shopping. The hotel offers scheduled/reservation basis shuttle services to the train link to airport and also trip to mall. We booked the room with breakfast and it has plenty of choices and we enjoyed it. Besides, the observation deck and revolving roof deck are a plus. The room is spacious, though of course old design and can see some sign of ages but it does not matter to us. We were also to slept quite well. The only issue I have is the aircon a bit loud and blows directly to my face. The hot water from the shower is also a bit challenging to adjust the right hot/cold temperature. Despite this, we are happy with our stay. Overall happy with our stay.

I stayed 3 nights at Vince Hotel and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so kind and thoughtful, they even prepared a lovely birthday decoration surprise for me, and helped me patiently when I had an issue with my room access card. The service here is amazing, the room is clean, and the location is great. There are many 7-Eleven stores and massage shops within walking distance, and it’s also near Pratunam Night Market and Pratunam Mall. The hotel provides a convenient buggy service to several nearby places, which makes getting around so easy! I also love the delicious breakfast, the free supper, and the free Thai costume photo shooting, such a lovely and fun experience! I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amari Bangkok – Perfect Couple’s Escape in the Heart of the City (2 Nights Stay) My partner and I stayed at Amari Bangkok for two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and warm Thai hospitality, making it an ideal choice for couples looking for a relaxing city break. Check-in & Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. The team at the reception and concierge were always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. Room: We stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and it was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed with a contemporary Thai touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Bangkok skyline. The bathroom was sleek and well-equipped, complete with a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. Facilities: The pool area was one of our highlights — a tranquil oasis in the middle of the city. We enjoyed an afternoon lounging by the pool with cocktails from the pool bar. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the Breeze Spa was a must-do for couples; the aromatherapy massage was heavenly. Dining: Breakfast at Amaya Food Gallery was exceptional — a wide selection of Thai, Western, and Asian dishes with fresh fruit, pastries, and live cooking stations. We also had dinner one evening at Italthai, where the food and ambience made for a perfect romantic night in. Location: The location couldn’t be better — right near Siam, CentralWorld, and Pratunam, which made exploring and shopping incredibly convenient. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself felt peaceful and private. Overall: Amari Bangkok exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, attentive service, and central location made our short getaway truly memorable. It’s a wonderful choice for couples who want a blend of romance and city energy.

The room was spotless, and we were assigned a high-floor room with a great view. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to the mall through the lobby's glass doors, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The BTS Skytrain station is also very close by. Breakfast was quite extensive. Although I didn't get to experience the pool or gym this time, I was very satisfied overall.

It's a very spacious and clean hotel. For those who want a connection room they need to make a special arrangement. I would suggest the opposite room instead of Side by side room. There might be a chance to have pillar in between. So it's not okay to share toiletries or food. But shampoo and shower provided in the toilet as well. I like the room very much as it was not carpet in the room. Free flow of Pepsi, drinking water, tea/coffee and instant cup noodles is replenished very day. You can bring your water bottle and refill your water at the lobby along the hallway. They provide liquid soap instead of a soap bar and their bathroom was marvellous, the floor is dry after each shower. Their shower screen is well installed. There is a microwave in the room. Great for business trips too. Their bidet toilet bowl is great for ppl who do not use toilet rolls. The only thing I didn't like was ~their automatic curtain, there is a gap above the holder too wide, sunlight just shines in every morning before my alarm. For my room, my children's room was okay. ~There was no dressing table either. Although there is a big mirror, there isn't a lighting above or a lamp for women to do their makeup. ~The lighting on the ceiling was weird too. Doesn't meet the area in need. Like I mentioned, if you need to use the mirror, any lighting will wake the other person up. But still I will stay again when I visit Bangkok again.

Our stay at the Asia Hotel was wonderful! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our window was amazing. We could watch the MRT trains come and go right below. The location was perfect, with lots of great food options nearby, and the service was excellent. We originally booked just one night but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for another night. The staff were so kind and accommodating and they even let us stay in the same room. They also greeted us with warm smiles the next morning. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely come back again!

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus service from Hengqin Port directly to the hotel's pick-up point. Check-in was also very quick. There's a small casino downstairs from the hotel. Breakfast was good too, but remember you can't wear hotel slippers to breakfast. The service was quite good, and there are plenty of dining options and snacks downstairs, which is very convenient. You can also go to the mall and ride the Ferris wheel~

There is one time when we give had a problem in the elevator the assisted us in less in less than five minutes and even give us apology.Letter and some gifts to compensate for the bad experience. But these things really happen over all the stable was really good.It is very accessible to all the shopping stores and they provide an excellent service.Although the food there is quite expensive, but I think it's really a resinable ball for its price.Given the location, there's a lot of restaurants downstairs that you can choose from, you will never go hungry if you if you book here, that's all
