Hotels in Khaosan Road, Bangkok

This hotel was conveniently located in the Khao San area, and my room was quiet as it faced the pool. It was colorful and cute, and unlike the chaotic vibe of Khao San, it felt clean. The breakfast was also delicious. Amenities are provided, but they aren't always restocked, and sometimes there aren't enough for everyone, so you might need to request more yourself. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty! Having a 7-Eleven right in front was also very convenient. There are also stylish Thai restaurants and massage shops nearby, making the location incredibly convenient overall.

We stayed at Na Tanao 1969 hotel for 3 nights and it was our best choice! The location is close to morning market so we went to get breakfast/ fruits every morning. Also it’s close to Wat Pho temple, and saranrom park, and royal Place. It is also not far from China Town, pier Tah Tian so easy to take ferry to go to major tourist attraction. My fiancé even told me the most memorable moment in Bangkok was staying in this hotel. The staffs are also very attentive and would like to help anything with their best. We definately will come back here when we come to Bangkok next time!

The hotel is just nearby The Grand Palace, Tha Chang Pier and just a station away from Watarun, and very near the Icon Siam. It is aso near the Chinatown / Yaowarat so everything else is nearby if you want ro visit those places. The hotel is massive, perhaps one of the biggest in Bangkok on the old days. Not as crowded as Pratunam of Ratchathewi but we really wnjoyed it. Breakfast were just basic, with fruits and basic salad, but enough to start your day. You can have access with the pool. The only downside is when I booked it in Bolt, I pinned the local address but we were brought to a different hotel so be sure to pin the hotel name itself. Honest rating: 8/10 for value for money & location.

A very beautiful and modern hotel in a perfect location for exploring the 'old' side of Bangkok. Many attractions like the famous temples, Chinatown, Talat Noi, Song Wat Street, and the Muay Thai Stadium are easily accessible by Grab. Restaurants, markets, and 7-Eleven stores are also right in the walkable vicinity. Public transport connectivity isn't as robust, but Grab makes getting everywhere convenient and affordable. The rooms are very nice, modern, and, most importantly, extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable, and we really liked the bathroom too. A fantastic bonus: the minibar is complimentary and restocked daily with water, Coke, juices, and snacks. The room service was very thorough, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Another plus is the free tuk-tuk service to certain attractions. On top of that, there's a lovely pool and a truly excellent gym. The breakfast cafe is very nice and cozy. The breakfast itself was delicious, though we had hoped for a bit more variety. Overall, a great hotel that we would book again anytime!

When we are in Bangkok, we always choose Ayathorn. If you’re planning to explore the old part of Bangkok, this hotel is a great base. Many of the main attractions are within a 20–30 minute walk, and if you prefer, a short tuk-tuk ride gets you there even faster. There are also several very good local restaurants just a few minutes away on foot, which makes evenings easy and enjoyable. The rooftop is a nice plus perfect for cooling off after a long day of sightseeing, with a relaxing atmosphere, or for spending some time in the pool. One thing to be aware of is the major renovation works currently happening in front of the building, which can cause traffic congestion and some noise during the day. However, you can minimize this by booking a river-facing room, which is quieter. Also, if you arrive early, the hotel offers the option to check in before the standard time for an additional fee, which can be very convenient after a long flight.

The location is great, very convenient for transport. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The front desk staff were really helpful. However, the only downside this time was that my flight was delayed, and the hotel wouldn't refund the one night. The Trip.com staff were excellent though; after 6 hours of communication, even though we couldn't get a refund, they offered me points compensation. I suggest that Thailand's hotels could be a bit more flexible and understanding. Thanks.

Convenient location, not far from tourist attractions, excellent service, and always helpful in answering questions.

What a wonderful little hotel this was not far from Koh San Road, but you could not hear any of it. The hotel is a two minute walk from the river which meant you can get on the fantastic ferries taking you up and down the river to see the different sites and visit different areas so easy and so cheap. The roof rooftop swimming pool was a blessing in the 35° heat and they provided towels and showers for you. The stuff at this hotel were very friendly and kind and offered any sort of advice you might need for things nearby.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect to explore the old town and temples of Bangkok as well as Khao San Road being nearby if that is your vibe. All the staff are incredibly helpful and gave us tips and help throughout our stay as to how best to explore Bangkok. The breakfast is also amazing. We definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if back in Bangkok.

On the day of check-in, I happened to meet the boss and his wife. The boss was very shy and he could speak English. We stayed for 3 nights and found it very good. The only shortcoming was that the air conditioner was very slow to cool down and the soundproofing of the room would be better if it was facing the street view. Not good, but it’s not a big problem because it’s not really noisy in the alley. The staff were very kind. They even brought popsicles and bread to us during breakfast. We asked the boss which restaurant was delicious nearby. He drew a map for us. In case we didn’t know the way, he went to Google Maps and printed it out for us. All in all, I will choose this hotel next time I come to Bangkok🫶🏼🙏
