The location of the hotel is very close to the substation, you can reach it either by walking in 10 minutes or by taking the tram in front of it in 5 minutes. The rooms are spotless, and the beer bar on the ground floor is very enjoyable.

The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!

The rooms are okay, a bit dated. The minibar is free. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant, and the hotel bar is only a last resort.

The environment is very good and the location is also OK. I went to the Leipzig Zoo and drove for a few minutes. It was Sunday when I went there. The nearby shops were closed and it was not easy to find food. The hotel bathtub was very good. The toiletries were also very good. The guy at the door was very handsome.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The hotel architecture is integrated with the style of the city. It should be a place with history and stories, but it must have been rebuilt after the war. The hotel has a certain scale. Although the floor is not high, it looks like it has a certain area. The facilities such as bars, shops and gyms are complete. The lobby is not small, and the breakfast is quite rich. The room I booked is cheap, so there is no view, but the room is quite large, the bed is also large and soft, but the pillow is a bit thin and soft. The room also has a refrigerator, coffee machine, and slippers, which is really good. The price is not too high, the cost performance is super good, and it is highly recommended.

Meals are about 17.18 Euro, food and cleaning are good, but if you stay for a long time, you will not clean in the middle.Generally speaking, if you are a hotel, you should be normal. It was a good price.

The hotel is like a palace, very beautiful, the location is very convenient, there are many restaurants around. Dresden's main attractions are also around the hotel and can be reached on foot. The staff is warm and friendly.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast was very varied and also very quality very good. The spa and wellness area invites to relax, even for small children the smaller pool is ideal for planning as the water temperature is pleasant here.
