The staff was very efficient, the check-in and check-out were fast, and they also took the initiative to help make an appointment for a taxi to the nearby canyon. The freshly ground coffee and Ecuadorian chocolate for breakfast were too amazing, with local cheese bread, to start a full day. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the downtown square, it is convenient to visit the church and buy handicrafts. The price/performance ratio has nothing to say, next time I come to Cuenca, I will stay here!
