The hotel experience was quite good overall. What stands out the most, without a doubt, is the spectacular view, especially from the pool area, which is right next to the sea. It's the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the truly breathtaking sunsets. You can also have lunch or dinner in that same area, which makes the experience even more special. The hotel has two pools and a well-equipped gym, which is ideal for both those looking to relax and those looking to stay active during their vacation. Everything was excellent, both in terms of facilities and services. I would also like to especially thank the restaurant staff and the waiters, who work hard despite sometimes not receiving the respect they deserve from some guests who demand tables ready immediately. Their kindness and professionalism are noticeable and appreciated. In short, a very pleasant stay, with everything you need to enjoy and unwind. Thank you for everything!

It was a bit far from the center, which was disappointing, but the price was cheaper. The staff was friendly, but there were times when they left out things they said they would take care of because it was a honeymoon, and some of the facilities were broken. Other than these things, I am living very comfortably.

It’s a bit away from the historic centre but we wanted a bit of quite. 5 mins from Cala Major, it’s close to the bus stop which can take you in to the centre within 20 mins. The room is just about right for two people but mayn’t be the best if you want to work from your room though there is plenty of space near the pool or the reception. Really helpful staff and also great value for their buffet. Slightly expensive for what it offers but I guess you can say that about most of Mallorca.

Good hotel, quiet. Near the sea, got a room with sunset view and sunside. beds are tough - you have to get used to. The shower is tight and so everything is great. Dinner is very delicious and diverse.

Everything was perfect ,the location is good , the view is amazing and the service is fantastic , i really enjoyed my stay and hope coming back soon

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

We stayed in a superior triple room, such a stunning view and the whole hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly and we felt very welcomed! The main pool is lovely, the only thing I would say is that I saw on the pool rules that you can’t reserve sun beds, yet many people left towels on them all day and you never saw them until late afternoon, which isn’t fair on everyone. Nothing against the hotel at all, but if you want a sunbed, you need to reserve one in the morning!

This hotel is really well located within the resort. Walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast has something for everyone . It would be nice for the bar to be open in the evenings.

Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor. The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room.

The sea view room is great, the breakfast is also rich, it is very convenient to check in online in advance, the explanation at the front desk is very detailed, and the overall stay experience is very good
