Very good location, just opposite Bukit Indah Aeon Shopping centre and next to Macdonald's. But Facilities wise is not ideal. Gym very small, only got 4 equipments. Located on ground floor and outside hotel. Swimming pool also just next to the GYM. You need to walk out of the lobby, out of the hotel to go to the pool and GYM. Yet hotel do not provide bathrobe so I don't know how the guest access the facilities. If rain even worst, no shelter linking the GYM and the lobby. 10th floor supposed to have a Club Lounge and staff told me no longer available... Food wise is fair. Some food like pau and hard boiled eggs are cold even tot they are on warmers... Room wise above average as bed got a bit of light stains and cigar burnt mark. Toilet glass door silicon already gone. Face towel not provided. Got shower gel and shampoo dispenser.

Not sure how to rate this hotel, but it’s my first time staying there. It’s a relatively new hotel, booked 2 rooms and it didn’t turn out great, my room towels, bedsheets and bathrobes had stains. My mum room has a mouldy smell, it’s pretty bad that she has to spray perfume. The toilets soap holder is all rusty, bad stains on the sink too. Probably the first and the last time there for me.

Located at e tranquality location. Chick , young, fresh vibes. Delish Restaurant has delicious tasty meals from Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Big space. Pool,Kids Pool, Gym Pool(1st time seeing it, Fitness corner, prayer Area, Kids play room all well maintained. Room are spacious, clean & comfy with nice unblocked view TV channels were great with many movie. Near Legoland. Friendly staffs & services.

Great customer service from front desk staffs. Got an early check in at 11+am(probably due to non peak period). Quite a number of eateries across hotel and a supermarket. Drive to beach & Desaru mini zoo took around 15-20mins. Hotel breakfast buffet was okay, not a very wide selection but good enough for breakfast :) Room wise, it’s huge and clean. Love it!

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my mother's birthday, and it was a wonderful experience! The check-in counter give us with a thoughtful gift card that could be redeemed for a small cake and a Hard Rock merchandise item. It was such a nice touch, and we were very grateful. The room itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we’ll definitely remember this as a memorable and heartwarming experience. Highly recommend!

This is our first stay at KSL Hotel & Resort and immediately we are falling in love with it. Here is the feedback based on our experience. Location: 5/5. Super duper convenient to the nearby eatery via grab or walking distance. Cleanliness: 4/5. We saw some coarse grain sugar dropped by the previous guest and not properly clean/overlooked by the housekeeper. Bed, pillow & toilet are clean. Amenities: 4/5. We booked a 3 guests room but only received a necessity for 2 guests, like bath towel, toothbrush, hotel slippers & cups. No supply for the shower cap, sanitary bag & laundry bag, please bring your own if needed. The wardrobe hang bar in vertical orientation instead of horizontal where it relatively reduces the amount of clothes you can hang. The shower glass door cannot close properly and eventually the shower water split out to the dry area. Toilet seat with build in bidet which is a plus point. Hotel room card was given 3 cards. Service: 4.5/5. Check-in and checkout are both very smooth and fast. Hotel also provided luggage storage which is great where you can park your luggages b4 check-in or after checkout, great and thanks a lot for that. I think that's why the hotel doesn't have the lobby area with sofa coz the management uses the space for the guest to store their luggages while they can do their errands. We will definitely come to stay at KSL Hotel & Resort if the price is right 👍.

Although the resort exterior looks a bit old, the interior of the room still feels pretty good. Nice resort with a 'private' beach just 100 meters away. The Japanese restaurant in the resort was good, breakfast choices were well spread with different dishes in the 2 mornings I spent. Overall, a nice hotel stay despite raining continuously for the 2nd and 3rd day.

Very clean and spacious room conveniently located near CIQ/City Square. Bathroom design is a little weird as water would splash into the ”dry” area without a door there. Breakfast is modest with a mini salad bar, some hot food, cereal, bread, juices, and coffee! Overall, it was very worth it at the price point!

We really love the hotel from the facilities, to the service and the food, everything is worth the money! As you enter the lobby, the kids can already play with the lego even if we haven't checked-in as we were waiting for the check-in time. The room is very spacious and the best part of it is there is a separate room, bed and tv for the adults and the kids, which is a plus point because we had so much space to sleep and of course there is PEACE (for the parents out there) hahaha! The kids also got excited with the treasure hunting, which they have to find the code for the lock of the box and they got lego sets as treasures. There is a variety of food during the breakfast buffet (2 adults & 2 kids included for free in the booking, which is really good as we don't need to pay extra). The food was delicious and our kids (surprisingly) love it! The service is excellent and we had no problem dealing with the staff from the check-in to check-out. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely go back!
