The surrounding area were too jam due to the nearby construction. Building and design a bit ages however was well maintained. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good, many varieties. A small minus will be the overnight oatmeal was not up to par.

Cleanliness. Clean, neat and spacious hotel. Booked a standard rooms that came with wooden vinlyn. No bath tub, which offered for deluxe room. Location. Near KSL mall. Very near to the night market, as we had planned to stroll and buy our dinner and had it at the room. Service. The breakfast counter recep, could be friendlier, seems like I owed him money. The check-in recep was polite. Amenities. Standard amenities. Could offer 1 extra white towel only.

The buffet breakfast was very good, fresh, with a large variety of options. Enjoyed the snip and cut your own salad bar. Also more restaurants with the new Kedidi to choose from. Service from the staff was very good. They were always cheerful and attentive to our needs. Facilities wise it was nice to try the new gym which was clean with many equipment though the infinity pool needs a refresh. The private beach was very clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed our spacious room facing the beach with big bathroom. However the lifts smelt a bit stale with a peculiar smell. And overall the hotel looks a bit tired and needs a good revamp especially the common areas, the lobby and plants.,

The room is spacious with lots of family activities such as Waterpark in the hotel, Archery, small little playground, swimming pool. The breakfast is intercontinental buffet breakfast but the varieties and taste is only 6/10. Lucky there was a Grind cafe which serves better coffee and cakes The kids indoor playground is pretty restricted as parents are not allowed inside and only age 4 to enter The room are spacious but still feels sandy even though they share that they have clean the room. Overall experience is ok for a short family trip.

It has such a high rating here thats why I booked it. But then when I read other reviews, some also gave low ratings. It is probably depends on your luck. My stay was perfect except the bathroom was very slippery because they used these glossy tiles. Hot spring 4pm-10pm, very nice. Breakfast buffet was mehhh for me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Stayed at KSL Resort a few times, the best part is the location. It’s connected to KSL Mall, so everything you need is nearby: food, shopping, cinema, and even a supermarket. Very convenient if you’re also planning to head to Singapore. Overall, it’s not a luxury stay, but it works if you just want something practical and well-located in JB.

Cleanliness. The resort is clean and tidy. Didn't see any dust at all. Just the place is a bit dated. Location. Inaccessible without transport. There are ample parking spaces. Service. Awesome. The receptionist patiently answered my questions and explained to me of the facilities available in the resort. Amenities. Nice small water play park - Lazy river allowed both adults and children have a relaxing time. But the facts were everything needs to pay. Extra white towel cost RM10. Water park needed to top up for the kids entrance fees as the stay came with 2 wrist bands

Hotel stays were friendly and prompt into our needs, it is clean with all the amenities like for your dental needs, room slippers, shower gel (would advise the hotel to change to those big bottle refillable and not small discarded ones and also do provide bath robes) you need for a lovely stay. Nearby there are lots of food for both non halal and halal eateries. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and taste wise was yummy too. It is also a close walk to KSL shopping mall, though do take not it is needed to walk down a short flight of stairs or you can use the vehicle exit slope down. Getting a Grab car was also easy no issues for any coming up to the hotel lobby area. Our only dislike was that at the shower area, you have to do it in the bath tub which will no matter how you adjust the angle, water pressure will have water leaking to the common toilet area and it will be slip hazard and irritating. My advice is to add a silicon divider to block water coming down the surrounding of the bath tub and make it flow to the other side and have the water leaking out to the drainage. Overall it was a pleasant stay and a nice staycation.

the room was clean, has a beautiful view and seems quite well maintained for a 6 year old hotel! however, the service is disappointing. we checked in early and signed paperwork for room xxx however when we came back after dinner, we were suddenly informed that our room number has changed. when we enquired on what changed, why it changed and how I signed paperwork indicating a different room number, they simply shrugged and said my signature on their guest registration form is not confirmed. it was nearly midnight when we were contesting with the duty manager about how our assigned rooms were abruptly changed. he could not explain how the rooms suddenly changed and could not get us the room that was originally assigned, and the same room that we signed paperwork for. ultimately, he upgraded us to a different room type but honestly it felt odd and shady. why would my assigned room suddenly changed? there was no communication at all, it was only brought up when I remembered it was a different room… it was distasteful despite the upgrade to soothe our spirits, there was no apology btw. OH and before we insisted on an upgrade, the duty manager lied and said they were full and were going to assign us to a low floor. 2 mins later though, he relented and suddenly vacant high floor rooms became available… they’re definitely unapologetic and have a shady check in procedure. I’d probably opt for another hotel next time…

I really enjoy stay at this resort , calm & clean Breakfast was nice with longer duration period than other hotel @ resort (6am-10am) Definitely recommended for staycation Will come again next time Process of registration check in & check out less than 10min No deposit since only 1 night stay Staff really nice & helpful All amenities completed in 1 room Really enjoy the show , thanks for providing smart tv , smart air conditioner, smart light .
