Arrived at this hotel and found a mall right downstairs 🏬. There's food, drinks, massages 💆🏻♀️, hair salons 💇🏻♀️, nail salons 💅🏻, and clothes and little trinkets too! Staying on the 20th floor offers great night views. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable. I'll definitely come again! 😍

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru for a business trip, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a long day of meetings. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room amenities were well maintained. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to key business areas, shopping malls, and nearby eateries in Johor Bahru. It made traveling around the city hassle-free during my stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend DoubleTree Johor Bahru for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the overall experience smooth and comfortable. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, and the location is highly accessible, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the waiting time at the lift lobby, which was quite long during my stay. It may have been due to a special event or peak period. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite poor. The location is very inconvenient; you need to take a taxi for everything, whether it's dining or shopping, which isn't very travel-friendly. The gym equipment is old and run-down. Breakfast options are limited and unvaried. The swimming pool appears to have been neglected for a long time, with poor water quality and an unkempt environment. There's also a quality issue with the clothes hangers in the room; two of my white garments developed noticeable yellow stains after being hung, rendering them unusable and damaging my clothes. The hotel should definitely take responsibility for compensation. All in all, it's not good value for money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Overall experience was good and pleasant Room has a good view and clean Has complimentary breakfast and parking Just that during booking it was mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration but no basic decoration or complimentary cake to go along Unlike other hotels they will set-up a basic decor and provide a small cake when they are informed in advance Also, sent email to the hotel customer service but no response

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

Overall, the view is great, and the room is clean and well-equipped with Netflix. The complex itself offers excellent amenities, perfect for a family vacation. However, the surrounding commercial area isn't fully developed. The permanent water stains on the bathroom sink and toilet were a bit off-putting, and there was a slight odor on the duvet near the nightstand in the master bedroom. The parking garage is huge, and I got a bit lost the first time. It’s essential to carefully review the provided documents beforehand to find a parking spot relatively easily. All in all, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place, ideal for families.

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. It’s a clean hotel, our frequent stay whenever we go in, and easy to access to KSL. Breakfast is good enough to start the day.
