The entire apartment was amazing! We were dumbfounded by how huge it was! There were 8 of us. Walked in to a HUGE living room area with a kitchenette. Utensils were there for use - Kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, cutleries, cups, instant coffee, water, towel, toothbrush etc. There is a ensuite room in the 1st floor, and a small toilet behind the kitchenette. Upstairs, there is a total of 3 rooms: 1. King Bed with pullout bed ensuite with bathtub, 2. King bed with ensuite shower, 3. 3 single beds ensuite with bathtub. There is a pool, buffet breakfast was decent and had quite a variety of choices. Downside, if return back after mall closes, gotta walk through the carpark to reach the accommodation. Also, the only lift was quite crowded........ Great experience

Fantastic location with lots of shopping, leisure activities and food eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, this hotel and friendly staff provides a pleasant stay and experience. 👍 Worthwhile returning again in my next visit to JB. 😊

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel for a business trip and found it to be a solid choice. The hotel offered comfortable accommodations with all the necessary amenities for a productive stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet environment to relax after a long day of meetings. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to business centers and transportation options. While the hotel did not offer all the luxury features of a 5-star property, it provided excellent value for the price and was well-suited for business travelers. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and convenience.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I really liked the shower head — it’s powerful, just like getting a massage while showering! Breakfast was excellent and so filling that I couldn’t eat another bite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I’ll definitely book here again if I come back.

Booked a room for 1 night. The room is very dated, but large and spacious. Would be better if there are sockets at bedside. Could not sleep well due to the pillows provided, as they are too soft. Bathroom feels very old. Hotel breakfast option is limited, with mini salad bar, Asian food (nasi lemak), some dimsums / Malay dessert delicacy. The bread / pastry option is very limited.

This hotel is incredibly close to JB Sentral. After clearing customs, you just follow the overhead bridge, walk through JBCC shopping mall, and it's right across the street. Do note that the ground floor is just for the concierge and luggage storage; the front desk is on the 6th floor. It's surrounded by JBCC and City Square, and popular spots like Hua Yang Kopitiam, Ming Ang Confectionery, and Mr. Sotong are all nearby – you'll have no trouble finding places to eat and shop. The hotel is also within walking distance of the old railway station, Johor Ancient Temple, Indian Temple, Tan Hiok Nee Cultural Street, and Arulmigu Sri Rajakaliamman Glass Temple. The guys at the front desk and concierge are all polite and enthusiastic. The room is spacious and comfortable, power outlets work, and there's even a kettle! 🥰 I genuinely recommend it!

Overall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

My first stay at R&F Seine was pleasant. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, offering comfortable living space with modern furnishings. Everything was satisfactory overall, except that the water heater was not functioning, which caused inconvenience during my stay.

We had a very memorable stay at the Double Tree over the past few days. Everything was smooth and the hotel lobby was grander than we had expected. It is also very nicely in theme for Christmas. I must commend staffs from the Makan Kitchen for being so generous and friendly. Special mention goes to chef Zul and also especially Ain. Her warmth and thoughtfulness really made our evening memorable and pleasant. From the dining hall too was the manager Fizah. She had gone out of her way to entertain us and made sure we were well taken care of. Wonderful team. Thank you.

A perfect quiet biker getaway near Senai Airport for a staycation or 1 day rest stop after touring before going back SG. The rooms are super plush, guaranteed to have a fridge, showers are like a rainstorm super refreshing and TV have accessible HDMI ports, plug in your gaming laptop or Samsung phone for a big screen experience.
