Anonymous UserTruly enjoyed my whole stay here. Top class. They were sweet to prepare a card and birthday cake for my husband. They gave a welcome chocolate chip cookie which is heaven sent cos my husband and I were starving! And the view from room could see the sunset even though it was covered by the up coming apartment in the distance. This was a returning a trip and I can safely say that this will not be our last stay in this hotel.❤️ Thank you Doubletree Hilton JB.

AidaLizWell maintained rooms! Very comfortable stay. Just knew that the studio premier room only 1 per level but the view is nice. Especially in the morning wake up to sunrise. Breakfast was generally good. Only issue is that our card key couldn’t work and caused hassle to go down and fix it. Me and kids had to wait and there’s no aircon in lift area. Staff actually came up with my husband to open the door as they don’t know why can’t validate the key!

Guest UserStayed here for a business trip. It's a standard business hotel – standard facilities, standard service, standard rooms. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. However, the room I stayed in had a really loud AC unit outside, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which was a letdown. Everything else was just okay.

Miya AngelaKSL Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Johor Bahru. The location is excellent, with direct access to KSL City Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We especially like the upgraded rooms, which come with one double bed and one single bed, making them perfect for families or groups of three. If you’re staying on a Monday, you’re in luck because the famous KSL Pasar Malam is right outside the hotel. It’s one of the best night markets in JB, offering delicious local food, affordable shopping, and a lively atmosphere. A great choice for both convenience and value!

Farah Hanim HussinEven though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was complete and varied, and we had dinner at the Nelayan Restaurant—where the service was absolutely the best!
However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room (265, if I’m not mistaken). For a 4-star hotel, this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable.

Guest UserBeautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.
The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.
The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.

Guest UserNice hotel with its own private beach and excellent facilities (including free bicycles for an hour) and top notch service. Breakfast was good in terms of variety and quality, as one would expect of a 5 star hotel. However, the rooms - although spacious and well equipped - had visible signs of wear and tear, and badly needed an update. The complimentary coffee/tea could also be better. For the price, one would expect better.
