Great hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

This used to be my favourite hotel in Bukit Indah. However, the price of the hotel has increased but not the service, nor the amenities. The hotel no longer provides a hand towel or the slipper. All these little touches were removed, might be due to cost savings measures.

We stayed in Room 2709 and unfortunately had quite a few issues during our stay. Firstly, we were not aware that the parking had become chargeable at a flat rate of RM5.50 per entry. This would have been good to know beforehand, especially for guests driving in. The sink in our room was also unable to drain properly, which was quite inconvenient. The toilet bowl design was rather odd as the cover kept falling down while using it, making it uncomfortable. Another major issue was the smell of the hand wash and soap provided. Both had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we ended up buying and using our own. Thankfully, the mall is located right next to the hotel, which was very convenient and helped make up for some of the inconvenience. Overall, the location is great, but the room maintenance and basic amenities could definitely be improved.

Nice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues. When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level. Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed. Location was secluded, there were no amenities around. Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

Resort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand. There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges. Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play. Indoor mini playground for the little ones. They had great fun. Free parking if you drive. Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast. The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesn’t seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow. Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

Overall, location is good. - Free parking and open carpark for you to choose - Beach is just behind - Two swimming pool, one playground style and normal swimming pool - Few restaurants to choose from (Korean, Seafood, Malay cuisine, Fast food) - Mini golf course for kids to experience golf - Retail shop for almost everything you need for travel and swimming - Birds like chicken, duck, goose, peacock are in the location for kids to view as well - One dry playground - One vending machine with almost all kinds of medicine you need Just issue with cleanliness for me, first night, I had lizard issue, can hear the sound of it. Housekeeping damn fast when I report the next day, they came to check but cannot locate it. Second is ants, but it disappeared after like 15mins. But I reported it after I check out since when I saw it, it was in the night already.

Our third time staying at this hotel but had the worst experience this time round. Firstly, the hotel was very strict about checking in after 3pm despite it being 15min to 3pm. The staff were so inefficient that we only managed to get our keys at 3:30pm. Next, the hotel concierge informed us there is no room with king size bed available when we clearly booked a room with king size bed. We had to settle for single beds. Then the staff gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, imagine our surprise when we opened the door and a lady was inside. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant experience..

Absolutely fantastic, this resort was an unexpected surprise! It was a very last-minute decision, but it's now one I wholeheartedly recommend! There's a free shuttle from the pier that gets you there in about 5-10 minutes. The hotel lobby is super picturesque; you just want to relax as soon as you walk in. The complimentary welcome drink was delicious. The room was spacious, and they provided a lot of amenities. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! There are two pools and two bars, both highly recommended. Breakfast didn't have many options, and the taste was just average. I also tried the hotel's spa on the second day – highly recommended! The service was excellent!

A truly splendid stay at Westin Desaru Coast! From check-in to check-out, the hospitality and service were truly top-notch. Everything was seamless, and the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention and shout out to Puan Zainab who constantly checked us in at breakfast, who went above and beyond to make sure my daily fixed cappuccino with oat/almond milk was prepared perfectly and scrumptios array of breakfast buffet awaited. The little details like this really made the stay extra special. We also truly appreciated the constant check-ins from the staff — always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The facilities were very well maintained, the room service was excellent, and the overall attention to detail was impressive. We love the beach and how clean it is! It was a splendid stay, well spent, and one that we will remember fondly. Thank you, Westin Desaru Coast, for the wonderful hospitality and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire team! We can’t wait to be back!
