DDarrenA private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

GGuest UserNice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

I have tested it in various places in the hotel, the speed is very stable, and the video, game, and download files are smooth. For those who need to surf the Internet at any time, such a comprehensive and stable WiFi is really important.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?

The room didn’t have a toothbrush or toothpaste, and when we asked at night the front desk said we had to wait until morning to get them, which is surprising for such a hotel. Also, housekeeping would knock and open the door almost immediately while saying “room cleaning,” without giving time to answer, which felt really uncomfortable

AAAAprilThe best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience!
The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads?
The location is first-rate, you can walk around the old town as soon as you leave the hotel, highly recommended.

The room is small and the facilities are average, the bath water takes a long time to heat up, the water is not smooth, and the two rooms booked are leaking; Stayed for two days and the next day, the room did not clean the room, the room did not provide water, and the charge was 20 di a bottle. Later, the water was not charged after reflecting the previous problem. I don't know where Ctrip's luxury five-star evaluation came from?

WWEIThere is a parking lot, and the breakfast is very varied. The room is oversized and the family is absolutely enough to live in. The room is very beautiful and comfortable.
