There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, so it was good for dinner. The room size is appropriate and clean. The hotel breakfast was simple and overall I was satisfied.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

I had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

Good service, clean and sanitary, convenient transportation, long-distance buses and trains

More than ten minutes drive from the Ford factory, the environmental sanitation breakfast is very good. The location is remote, sometimes it is not easy to take a taxi, the front desk can help call a taxi.

We stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness was good, but things like toothpaste and liquid soap were missing. They provided only one pair of slippers for two people; we called and asked for more, but they said it was late and we could come and get them ourselves. Since we weren't the source of the problem, we didn't go down. The restaurant menu was generous considering the accommodation price. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, but the service could be improved.

Comfortable bed, with heated toilet floor. Very spacious and has full amenities. The cafe serves great meals.

Facilities: The room was advertised as 35 square meters, but it wasn't nearly that big. Cleanliness: Okay. Environment: Industrial area, lots of large vehicles. Service: Okay, fluent English. Overall, it's not good value for money; I wouldn't recommend choosing it.
