This hotel accepts foreigners. The location is ideal, almost at the centre of Kanas village, right at the second bus stop.But one can also walk from the main bus terminus. The lady at the reception is friendly, speaks reasonably good english and hence communication is easier. There are two cats and a cute kitten. Room is clean and well maintained. Food is good. I do not mind staying at this hostel again! Highly recommend this place.

Going to the beautiful peak to ride a horse, I booked it at the toll office of the Hemuqiao Racecourse, but the horseman was in a hurry, urging all the way, and the experience was generally the same. It is not as good as the experience of riding a horse at the fish watching platform in Kanas. (I feel that the service may be better if you find a private home, at least people have to be word of mouth)
