I attended an event / expo held at the banquet venue of this hotel I must say the banquet served one of the best cappuccino hot coffees I have had in a long time The gentle***, Rohit made the best coffee brew and served it with a smiling face ! Compliments to the entire banquet team and especially Rohit for being a super Barista !

It was such a nice place staff was very polite specially thanks to Mamta she know everything how to handle the guest i am also a restaurant ***ager of Radisson jammu but this property is really very amazing i just recommend everyone if u want to make your day special visit this property Again i really thanks to Mamta god bless you in future hope you will be become a successful Hotelier Thanks ***n kumar shan

Never expected such experience with Ramada branded property. Looks new in the photos, seems to be old & not maintained properly. Door locks, cub boards, fittings need a make over. I stayed for 2 days, 2nd Day Morning there was no Hot water in the shower & they could not fix it, i had to rush for my meeting & had to take bath in cold water. Toiletry supplies were not refilled on 2nd day of Stay. More importantly, i have a big doubt about their sanitization process. I seriously feel that, they have not sanitized the rooms well. Few days after I stayed in this Hotel, i got symptoms & tested for Covid Positive. Though I cant 100% say that, this is the cause, but the way they are maintaining, it is very much possible. Checkout was also got delayed, despite of me telling them 10 mins in advance to make the invoice ready. There is no enough parking space in the Portico, so my pick up car had to take a few rounds before they complete my checkout. For sure, I dont recommend this property & I will never stay again here.

Must say, the staff and the vibe of this place rocks! Mr. Rana, the head chef and the staff made our evening a memorable one with their hospitality and yum food! Thanks a ton for all the concern and love! Means a lot! Keep on rising and shining!

The overall look of this hotel is beautifully designed as ***aged always clean tidy with staff available. Grated by friendly security staff, there is a really safe and welcoming feeling. There are ***y young staff members who are enthusiastic, hard working and keen to give the best service lead by more experienced staff who do their jobs with ease and professionalism. This dynamic really give the place a lively homely feel. I also really enjoyed the food, so ***y different choices, and as an English person was helped to navigate some unfamiliar items on the menu. The menu and food was my favourite part of the stay and I loved the interaction with the chefs who also cook a fresh selection of options in addition to the main buffet. I loved the room which was clean and well presented and room service was efficient and to a high standard. I would absolutely love to stay here again if I ever find myself in India.
