The hotel seems to be relatively new and is all in all very well maintained. The facilities are fine and you have everything you need. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The location in Zamelek is first class.
Single-glazed windows meant that as a light sleeper I could only sleep with earplugs.
What you see is what you get! The pictures are very accurate, and the room is spacious. Having a washing machine with a 15-minute quick wash cycle was super convenient. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit high, though. The surrounding area felt very safe, you can definitely trust the security level in Zamalek. The nearby supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are all worth checking out.
Very hard to find. No sign on the door on the street. Person in charge didn’t know of my reservation and practically no English spoken and very hard to communicate. So was also told downstairs door is open. It was locked. Also door to accommodation was locked and I wasn’t given the code for the key box.
Not many taxis around.
The cleanliness was very good. That was only good thing besides the price.
I was a bit nervous because I'd read a lot of mixed reviews on Xiaohongshu, but I'm so glad I stayed here – it was fantastic! The whole building is actually a hotel, which is funny because the entrance is really discreet. But once you step in, it's clearly the lobby and there's always someone at the front desk. The hotel rooms upstairs are super clean, and I didn't notice any pilling on the sheets. Also, the building isn't nearly as run-down or dirty as some reviews made the Old Cairo city center sound. The hygiene standards feel on par with a Quanji Hotel, and the price is really reasonable too. Highly recommend!
The hotel's entrance is a bit hard to find, despite its street-facing location, ”simple” reception area, and old-fashioned elevator. Even deep in the alley, this exquisite guesthouse is impossible to miss. This chain seems to specialize in renovating old buildings in Cairo. The rooms are clean, tastefully designed, and fully equipped with practical amenities. Due to Cairo's traffic, even on higher floors, there is some street noise (those with good sleep quality can ignore it; I wasn't bothered at all, haha). However, the view of the old city streets from the balcony offers a unique experience, a blend of different eras.
Location: Located within a 10-minute walk of the Egyptian Museum, and very convenient for getting to the Gobus Tahrir Square station, the location is excellent. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find, mainly because there's no sign with the same name as the platform. Actually, it's right next to a bookstore called Tulip Hotel. Take the elevator to the 4th floor to find the reception.
Facilities: Cairo hotel facilities are generally similar. There was no hairdryer or tissues provided. Also, because it's on a street, it's quite noisy. The room facilities weren't noisy (like the toilet running or the refrigerator vibrating), which was a plus. I didn't have breakfast because I was rushing to catch my train, so I don't know what it was like.
A great option of accommodation in equipped , comfortable apartments with very customer-oriented , pleasant host who knows English .
In 7-10 minutes walk several mini-markets, fruit market, pharmacy, different shops. All requests are fan, cleaning, dop. water, assistance in the area orientation , later eviction on the day of departure were performed.
From nuances - in the bath a tropical shower ( big, leaked from the ceiling) , so the top is relevant if you don 't want to wet your hair
I stayed at the hotel for a week while attending an exhibition in Egypt. The owner, a very generous man from Northeast China, had been in Egypt for five or six years and provided some useful tips. Overall, the experience was excellent.
📍Location: The hotel is located in New Cairo, where the streets are much cleaner and wider than in the Old City.
📍Amenities: There's a Chinese restaurant on the basement floor, and breakfast is available downstairs if included. You can also order food downstairs, and you often see expatriate employees dining there. There are also supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, making life very convenient.
📍Hotel Layout: The hotel has five floors. Floors 2-4 are guest rooms, with options including single king-size beds (shared bathroom), double beds (shared bathroom), and single king-size beds (private bathroom). Both the shared and private bathrooms are spacious. I stayed in a single king-size bed room (private bathroom), which was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was nice. Returning to the hotel at night and watching the sunset was very pleasant.
*I forgot to take pictures of the room interior, so here are some photos of the surrounding scenery and breakfast.
we stayed in a twin bed room. the room is so clean and there’s an air conditioner and two free bottles of water, so we had a very comfortable stay. there’s a wash machine in the bathroom. i booked the room the day before, and we arrived in giza early in the morning by night bus, so i asked if we could check in early. fortunately, they let us check in at 7am. appreciate it.

GGuest UserWe would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need
And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

AAnonymous UserGood location and nice house. Easy access location and downstairs they own a Chinese restaurant and the room also included breakfast. (Which is a bowl of noodle soup and its delicious!). It just that the living room a bit messy when I'm arrived but still clean and I had to wait around 30 minutes to check in but still acceptable. Maybe should confirm the check-in one day prior arrival so that they will be more alert. The Wifi also unavailable during my stay but its okay. The room is nice and the toilet also clean. Overall it's good and I enjoyed it.
GGuest UserExcept for the proximity to the Egyptian Museum and the hot water in the bathroom, everything else is pretty average.
Facilities: I decided to stay here because it is close to the museum and not far from the Nile River after a night cruise. I didn't expect much from it. The room is very small and it's inconvenient to move around. And there's no place to put things. The hangers can't be taken out, so it's troublesome to hang clothes. It would be better if there were more hooks.
Hygiene: The sheets are not very clean, and shoe and lipstick marks are clearly visible.
Environment: For the price in the city center, the hotel was opened only last year, so it's pretty good and new. I don't ask for too much.
Service: Still good, very enthusiastic.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, about 10 minutes walk to the Egyptian Museum, about 15 minutes to the Nile River, there are many restaurants around, very lively at night.
The room was good overall, the shower was great, and the room was equipped with a hair dryer (that is, the noise was very loud).
I will choose here next time if I go to play!
