good sound proofing, lightproof window blinds, compact room equipment. just a short walk from train station, check-in was quick and efficient. will definitely stay again. lack of cloths hangers ( just 2) and an unfortunate placing of hooks just 50cm from floor to hang your shopping bags of something, you see that ppl desperately looked for additional hooks and took out those decorative metal plates. but its something that eventually will get fixed after time.

Lived in women dorm, very clean and there are two bathrooms so that i dont have to wait to take shower. Location is 2 minutes walk from the palace which is really convenient. The only downside is the washing machine and dryer. There’s only one in the basement which accepts only coins.

Good location, good value for money, good rooms, close to many major sightseeing attractions, many restaurants/stores/supermarkets nearby, close to airport bus stop and citybus stops......... Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.

stayed in a 6 man dorm, with 1 shower/ toilet. Bunkbeds were well built. Did not notice when person over me moved in bed. each bunk had a poweroutlet and usb outlet. and a storage unit to put cellphone, keybards etc. However I was missing a small readinglight and privacy curtains. One of the better bathrooms in a dorm. clean and well maintained. Shower had a rainfall shower, with plenty of hot water and pressure. Toiletstall was big and spacious. not one of those who give you a claustrofobic nightmare. Spacious lockers next to entrance, not under bed as often found. Was really quiet to use. No metal or squeezy noise while using them to bother other guests. AC was working well. remote placed close to door, for guests to regulate. Keycards used for room, and entrance after midnight. Staff was friendly and polite. Good location for hostel. breakfast was like 8EUR, was decent.

Centrally located in the center of the shopping and business district. Cathedral, old town, promenade at Giadalquivir with bars, restaurants etc. within walking distance. The hostel appears friendly, bright, clean, modern. Lounge to relax or work with free top coffee machines. Yummy. Kitchen good and clean. Small terrace, but protected from the wind. Rooms look inviting and bright. Lots of storage space under the beds. Bathrooms clean, absolutely enough showers. There is also a roof terrace. I felt very comfortable in the Nomad.

From a travel point of view this alternative lifestyle hostel/Capsule hotel is a refreshing change from the norm . I have stayed several times mainly because I love Málaga and the Malagueta Playa is so convenient for many attractions ~ Muelle Uno and the Port,restaurants and bars and 15 minutes walk to the fabulous Alcazaba, Teatro Romana Amphitheatre and Gibralfaro Mirador entrance and the Historic Quarter. I enjoy most of the facilities of Futurotel and am Hugely impressed at the Hard Work of the ' Small' staff team of dedicated people Recently I heard that 3 staff members were summarily dismissed by the Cash oriented conscienceless Owners/ Management . I understand the Reception team have joined the Union to support their very clear case for Employees terms and conditions and fare pay. I wish them every success because it's the Reception/Housekeeping team that makes the Futurotel a success. I URGE any Clients/Guests to consider this and Question the Punitive activities of the owner against this hard working Hotel Family. You have my Love, Support and understanding.~ Stephany, Maria , Celia, Javi, Luis, Antonio..etc~ Silvia,Myerlin, Maria ( unfairly sacked staff ) . Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. My room was shocking and not what I was told I was getting so I asked to be moved. The room was much better although my window did not lock (room 6) and other people could enter my room. I never felt safe. The room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff were very good. Room 6 is adjoining to the lounge area and kitchen. It was noisy and although the cut off time for noise was 11.30pm it was completely ignored and people partied until after 3am. I was kept awake constantly and often went to reception to complain. The sofas were used for sexual activities and most mornings they were full of drunks, snoring from the night before. The Kitchen Well this was a disgrace. The fridges were constantly rammed with food and alcohol. The food was old and rancid liquids were mixing into peoples groceries. They were not checked on a regular basis. Names and departure dates were put on the food items and drinks but nobody took notice. I watched many people taking other peoples food and disposing of labels. Breakfast We had breakfast every morning in the bar and it was disgusting. The Choices were ; granola with yogurt and 3 slices of kiwi, 3 slices of banana and if you were lucky some sliced apple. 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of streaky bacon and 2 slices of dry toast (uncooked and was never given butter or jam) Spanish breakfast of a bread roll topped with tomato juice and a slice of ham. Tea or coffee and a fruit juice. The chef was a happy guy and very polite but food was terrible so my advice is eat out if you can afford it or risk food poising from the fridges. The hostel has a pool which I thought was going to be a bonus but it was filthy and even though it had signs saying no drink or food and no more than 8 people in it at a time. The rules were ignored and most mornings there was dead skin and food floating in it. There is no first aid trained staff on site No laundry facilities unless you want to pay for it to be done. We found a laundrette opposite Aldi. Shopping for food. There is a huge supermarket which is better than Aldi and has a good choice of microwave meals if you have the budget. Turn right out of main doors and then left and keep walking for about 400 meters cross the main road and it’s on your left.

Take the intercity train, expect 19:09 to stay, how to know that in Santa Ana train stop, lie to contact the accommodation, they are very good, whatsapp important information to me, go to hostal is already 19:45, according to the information according to the password, take the key, smooth! grateful.

The hostel is in a great destination, Bang in the city centre, it's great if you don't fancy going clubbing but like listening to music all night as your room is wedged between bars . All people seem friendly and down to earth even the stereotypical jesus look alike hostel dossers The rooms were spacious but it's like a knocking shop with the amount of people who come and go Your not allocated a bed you just get On one that is made up. The beds were comfy although when your on the top bunk the beds wobble and after a few jars 🍻 it's like your on a boat. The showers were a bit of a sh*t hole there was mould and no where to hang my clothes so they had to hang on the door knob to avoid going in the pool of water on the floor . Taps hanging off sinks, floor tiles missing, damp on roof but That's only a minor issue. Proper hostel, like the place and for the price I got it it was a bargain. Will return again. Great experience

Located in the center of Málaga, this accommodation is small but comfortable and perfect for solo travelers. Don't miss the opportunity to make good friends as there is a happy hour with a glass of Sangria at 7:30pm at the bar on the ground floor of the accommodation!

Stayed here 3 nights and would recommend it if you want to stay in a well-run hostel that's comfortable and where you can get a good night's sleep. Positives are that the hostel is modern, well designed, nice guests and slept really well - the bedding and towels are excellent, plus the bunk beds have curtains which is great for privacy and to block out light. Could be improved if the main showers were not push button but there is another shower available that is not timed. First impressions were that the common area is quite small but it's practical enough and there is enough space to hang out here. Would be nice if free tea and coffee was provided. If you want a good value hostel with nice atmosphere and don't mind walking 10 minutes to the historical center this is a good option.

The location of the hotel is very close to Malaga Train Station, only a 5-minute walk away. It is worth mentioning that hotel capsules are inconsistent with capsules in the traditional sense. Each capsule contains a table, TV and a small activity area. The space is larger than that of a traditional hotel, but it is inconvenient to carry luggage on the upper floor.

I am newer to hostels, but I have stayed in several and have a general idea of what to expect. Communication wise, they were excellent. They asked about the time I was to check in. When I responded that it was what they considered ”after hours”, they made arrangements for me to have keys ready and available for me to enter the building and my room with no issues, They were easy to get in touch with after hours with problems, as I arrived and my room had not been cleaned (dirty linens, half empty water bottle, dirty towel on the floor, hair on the pillows, etc. They apologized profusely, and gave me free breakfast for my stay. However that was only available after 8am everyday and consisted of small pastries and cereal. Facilities were ok. The internet functioned, as did the AC in my room. There was a washing machine that was available, and worked well. There was also a fridge and freezer that travelers could keep items in. The only thing is the kitchen (which also housed the washing machine) was only open after 8am, so if you needed to be somewhere before then, you were out of luck, as the room was locked. There was supposed to be a desk and reading lamp in my room, neither of which was present. Also, note, that there are only 2 bathrooms. One for men on the 3rd floor and one for women on the 2nd floor. So, I ended up staying on a floor with a bathroom I couldn't use and had to go to a different floor every time I needed something in the bathroom-- not too convenient. Cleanliness: ignoring the room being dirty at check- in, the hostel didn't seem to clean to me. Im not sure how often they clean, but it didn't appear to be a daily thing- especially the bathroom. All in all, I would not recommend this place for anyone unless there were no options or unless staying near the beach was mandatory (<5minute walk).

Don't go there if you plan not-party-based vacationing or actually want to sleep at night and not during the day, which many people seem to do - people in the hallway and on the street might as well shout in the room. There seems to be no sound isolation. - when staff was alerted (by multiple people according to their own account) that there was a person who seemed infected they didnt seem to talk to that person and ask for a quick test or that he sleep with a mask. Instead they moved me to a different room upon request and presumably filled the room with someone else since they were fully booked. All in all this was by far the worst two nights during my vacation. It was IMMENSELY OVERPRICED considering what the hostel has to offer. I would NEVER come back and not recommend this to anyone. I even considered moving out early, but I couldn't get a connecting train that would fit my schedule.

Just come back from a stay here with 50 teens and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly and it was what one should expect for the price. Breakfast was also good for €3. The photos here are old, it has changed a lot since.

Living here for the first time is really good. The decoration design is perfect for me

It is easy find, looks new and stylish. Only problem is the bathroom stinks…. Not sure if it’s the toilet or the sewage pipe or the water heater in the shower(?) it just stinks and smelled like literal poop…. Had the keep the bathroom door shut the whole time, can’t say I enjoyed the stay here, mainly because of this problem. The price is fair tho. Also just beware that there’re no USB ports in the room.

Really enjoyed my time at this hostel and in the city of Seville in general. 20 minute easy walk from the bus station, large rooftop terrace and well equipped kitchen. Located in an old building, but with a lift and standard dorm, shower facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, could drop my bag off early before check in time which allowed me the chance to explore the neighbourhood. Will return there next time in Seville. More expensive on the weekend which is pretty standard in Spain.

i booked a bed in a female dormitory. Everything is fine, except there is only one bathroom in the room for 10 girls. And it’s very noisy, car rushing by all night, horse hoofs clattering early in the morning. The roommates are all good mannered and nice.

I often go to Sevilla but I had never been to this hostel. A stone's throw from the cathedral, very central, excellent price, really cheap for a double room with private bathroom. It is a very well-kept hostel, with themed rooms. We had the cinema room. I was really satisfied and will return. Friendly staff. I didn't see the other rooms, there are shared rooms with common kitchen. And we didn't use shared bathrooms. Excellent, the owners are very good at making this cheap place a nice place
