AAnonymous UserDuring check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

OOng Pang TuanNice hotel, standard and service is top notch. Room is clean and comfy. Good breakfast spread. There’s also adequate gym facilities, spa and nice rooftop restaurant serving good food with a nice view and reasonable pricing. There is night market in front of the hotel. Nearby there is good restaurant.
