Exceptional Stay at Bengal Blueberry Hotel Dhaka - A Warm and Welcoming Experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences. The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. The excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is good. However, the hotel management is rather disorganized. We booked six rooms on Ctrip and paid, but they told us they only received deposits for five. They asked us how much we should pay per room for all 12 of us. After arguing and showing us our original mobile booking receipt, they added that we had four double rooms and would be charged an additional 500 RMB per day. For a three-day stay, they charged us over 3,000 RMB. When we checked out today, they said one of our guests had two cans of beer 🍻 and charged us 2,300 RMB in local currency (130 RMB). We didn't actually use any of the hotel's drinks. This hotel is utterly shady. Ctrip should question their behavior on our behalf and get us back the unpaid room fees!

The deluxe room was quite spacious, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. The service was attentive. There was also a security guard with a spray bottle at the entrance, so safety was assured!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is excellent, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable experience. Special shout-out to Sunny and Konika for their warm and attentive service, which made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!!

The hotel breakfast selection might not be extensive, but it still offers options suitable for people from different regions. Having spent a few days traveling, I was pleasantly surprised to find such high-quality Western food (especially the steak) and Japanese food (gyoza) for breakfast, especially since I wanted to return to more familiar flavors. The room also had complimentary welcome fruit, a welcome relief if you forget to eat fruit while traveling. The hotel facilities are surprisingly complete, with a lobby for relaxation and a swimming pool and gym. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning quickly reached a comfortable temperature. Within walking distance are various shops and restaurants in the Golsong area, making the surrounding environment relatively quiet and with fresh air compared to Old Dhaka – a truly relaxing place.
