Very satisfied hotel, located in the batal district. Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room Hygienic: very clean. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable. Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming. Very recommended hotel

Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou

The right place for couples, as I was on the girls day so for me it was very good, food has all kinds, 4 times a day, has several things to do, tree, tyrolese, horse-pass, pedal-pass, heated swimming pools, slam bath, I stayed 3 days and never stopped, always with things to do
