Hot Springs Hotels in British Columbia, Canada

The front desk staff were very welcoming and proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was perfectly satisfactory. Out of the five different hotels we stayed at during our Banff trip, this was the only one that provided breakfast. There's a convenience store and fast-food options nearby, and it's also very close to the highway.

The hotel is right by the sea, with a nice environment, but the music started playing around six in the morning, which was too noisy to sleep and it was useless to make phone calls. It felt very bad and needs to be improved.

Amazing place to stay!

The hot springs are superb and the environment is unparalleled. Every cabin is exquisite and beautiful, with complete indoor facilities. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the problem is solved carefully and perfectly.
