Hot Springs Hotels in Quebec Province, Canada

This hotel is fantastic from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by their wonderful staff!! The rooms are cozy and very clean! Beds are very comfortable and the vibe gives it the finishing touch to come back! This place has everything you need for a stay of one night or a week. Love the location and specially the staff. I hope to be back soon!

Ski resort hotel, facilities and services are perfect. There is a water park open to the outside in summer, which is a favorite of children. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a terrace hot spring pool, the first choice for weekend vacations. We stayed in a top floor suite, small loft, one queen bed, two double beds can accommodate up to six people. The indoor space is spacious and comfortable, the only downside is that there is a little decoration taste, and it is not friendly enough for people who are sensitive to my decoration. The hotel restaurant is well-known in the local area and can book a view in advance. The town at the foot of the mountain also has a rich and varied restaurant to choose from. There is also a metre plus supermarket that can replenish any food at any time. Convenient and convenient, suitable for family vacations.

Amazing place to stay and relax. Winter would be even better as there is an on-site onsen swimming pool and Spa for extra cost though. Gym is the best.

Hotel was a Dream for our daughters and us. We stayed only one night during trip through Quebec, but we appreciate access to the beach and pool. Our room was really big and bed confortable. Not far from the City Center

The hotel used cheap cotton swabs, which were completely useless. The head of the cotton swab fell into my ear. The nonchalant attitude of the hotel front desk made me furious. I spent a whole night in the pharmacy and the hospital. My child's birthday dinner was ruined by them. There was no apology or regret afterwards. What's more outrageous is that when I checked out, I found that the bill had an extra adult meal fee. When I asked the reason, they said someone asked for it and asked to include it in our 320 room fee. What kind of operation is this? I said why didn't you call us to ask. I asked who it was, and they said they didn't know. Anyway, if someone asked for it, we added it. What kind of hotel management is this? It's so easy to get breakfast for free... And I lost a black scarf in the hotel. I called halfway to ask if they found it. The front desk said yes, yes, you can come and get it anytime. I confirmed all the details of the scarf on the phone, and drove back for 1 hour to give me a gray one. ***Color blindness. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some kitchen equipment can meet the daily needs of the family. The hot springs are very comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are rich and delicious. However, the only drawback is that there are not many entertainment facilities around, and the service is a bit chaotic when there are many guests in the restaurant, resulting in mistakes in serving dishes. Hope it will be improved!

A small hotel that passes through Sanhe, but it has a feeling of sentiment. The hotel is in front of the lake. The autumn leaves are very good. The room is clean. There is no good breakfast. The surrounding area is not very convenient, but I don’t have a good time to drive. The problem, we specially selected the lake, the price is good
