This hotel was another pleasant surprise. Right after booking, I received a call from the butler asking about my arrival time and if I needed airport pickup. Since we were driving, they provided parking directions. We arrived late at night, and everyone, from the gate guard to the front desk staff and the team member who showed us to our room, was incredibly welcoming. I asked for only Coke in the mini-fridge and no other drinks, and they executed that perfectly. The room was very spacious, and I loved that the hot spring bath was indoors and separated from the bedroom by a sliding door – that's a brilliant design. The hotel butler was excellent and reminded us about breakfast. Oh, by the way, if you stay here, don't miss breakfast; that bowl of beef noodles was a real delight. If you need to go to a scenic spot, just contact the butler, and they'll do their best to arrange for a hotel car to take you there, which is a great service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thanks for everything! Welcome Fruit: Very sweet and a good variety. Minibar Drinks: If you run out in the room, just grab a Haibi drink from the restaurant to enjoy. Rose Petals: A whole tub full of romantic ambiance.

I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

Throughout my stay, I was incredibly impressed by the front desk service. The check-in process was well-organized, and the staff were highly efficient and skilled. The ladies were gentle and friendly, proactively explaining all the hotel's amenities, including the self-service laundry room and the Hanfu experience, in great detail. Luggage storage was handled perfectly, and check-out was super quick. Any issues I had were addressed promptly without any impatience. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, making for an excellent experience.

This hotel only found out that it was really fragrant! 1. Downstairs is the shopping center and food street. If you are hungry in the middle of the night, you can go downstairs to eat a meal and a skewer, which is very convenient. 2. The room is oversized and cleaned spotlessly. As a clean patient, there is no pressure to walk barefoot on the floor. The bedding is also soft. The service staff will say hello gently when they see it. There is really an illusion of going home. 3. The hot spring water is more distinctive. After soaking the skin, the fatigue is first-class. After a busy day, I went to the hot spring pool to soak. I felt that the whole person was cured and slept super fragrant at night. 4. There is a large parking square on the ground, and there is an underground parking lot directly connected to the lobby. No matter whether it is windy and rainy or exposed to the sun, get off the bus and go upstairs directly. There is no need to carry a lot of luggage. The sense of security is full. Anyway, if you come here to play on a business trip, you can close your eyes and rush to this house.

This hotel is excellent, truly deserving its place on this year's Black Pearl Guide. It's perfectly located right outside the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and very convenient for reaching the high-speed train station or the city center. The surrounding area features Longmen Ancient Street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a fantastic design, making it very photogenic. What's even better is the attractive price – the value for money is outstanding; I doubt you'll find a better deal on the entire Black Pearl list.

Stayed at Xinye Yipin Hotel many times, this time is even more pleasant! Recently, there is a high-speed rail pick-up station service, which saves a lot of time and is too convenient. Really suitable for business trips! ! The room was clean, there was a gift of porridge in the evening, and the front desk manager Sun was warm and thoughtful, really good! If you want to come to Xinye, you must choose a product, breakfast is not bad, it is recommended

I never expected a hotel of this size to exist in such a small county town. It was a wonderful experience. Service: Excellent. A waiter even greeted us at the door upon check-in and check-out. Service with a smile was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming, and the cleaning lady even greeted us whenever she saw them. Snacks and fruit were delivered to the room daily, and the complimentary mineral water was replenished promptly. Environment: The room was equipped with various chargers and a TV with on-demand movies. The double bed was very large, but the air conditioning seemed to be useless. The only drawback was that the non-smoking rooms were not strictly non-smoking and were not located on non-smoking floors, resulting in a lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the carpet in the hallways. Surroundings: The hotel is surrounded by a bustling area, with various business and residential areas to either side. Takeout and food and coffee are available nearby, and there's even a wild night market along the roadside in the evening. Welcome fruit and coffee: Self-service tea and coffee.

床鋪寬大柔軟，寢具乾淨，睡眠品質很好。房間配備超大電視、充足的床頭插座與 USB 充電接口，使用起來非常方便。浴室空間寬敞，乾濕分離設計良好，花灑水壓穩定、水温充足，洗漱台也很大，置物空間充足，整體衞生維護得相當不錯，入住體驗令人滿意。 酒店位於聶灣文旅小鎮內，周邊餐飲選擇很多。步行約十多分鐘即可抵達洛陽博物館，前往應天門、洛邑古城等熱門景點，打車距離也都不遠，地理位置相當不錯，很適合作為遊覽洛陽的住宿選擇。 入住前管家會主動添加微信，全程溝通非常方便，回覆速度快，服務熱情又細心。如果是夏天入住，建議提前約一小時通過微信聯繫酒店，請工作人員先幫忙開啟房間空調，不然剛進入房間時會比較悶熱，提前降温後入住體驗會更舒適。 早餐是在附近合作的胡辣湯店享用，憑房卡可抵扣20元，店家給的分量非常充足，一般人都很難把額度全部用完，也能順便體驗當地特色早餐。 唯一需要注意的是，酒店沒有電梯，客房位於二、三樓，對於長者、行動不便人士或輪椅使用者來説可能會比較不方便。不過如果攜帶大型行李，可以請酒店工作人員協助搬運行李，服務人員都很熱心，也會主動提供協助。 整體而言，無論是房間品質、服務態度還是地理位置都讓人滿意，住宿體驗很舒服，性價比高，下次來洛陽還會選擇入住，也推薦給準備來洛陽旅遊的朋友。
