Experience a super hotel! First of all, the location is very good. It is located on the ancient street of Longmen Grottoes. It is not far from the visitor center and the northwest gate of the Grottoes. The internal environment of the hotel is very good. This time, the room type is upgraded. The room is oversized, the layout is reasonable, and the bedding and bathroom facilities are very high-grade, except for the hardware comparable to a five-star hotel. The service is even more spring breeze. The front desk ladies smile and think about what the guests think and what the guests need. The original package included a VR experience. The young lady took the initiative to help us make an appointment for two. Because we temporarily changed the train leaving Luoyang, Miss sister helped us coordinate the vehicles at the station overnight. By the way, the vehicles at the pick-up station are not outsourced online car-hailing, and the hotel's business car! In short, the best hotel in this trip here is definitely the best hotel in this trip. I hope to have the opportunity to come again and push it to my friends!

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, as expected for a five-star hotel. Environment: The environment is pleasant and very quiet, making it ideal for families. However, its location at the foot of a mountain means it's inconvenient for sightseeing if you don't have a car. Service: The service was quite good, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, we weren't offered a complimentary room upgrade. The balcony in our room faced the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was rather average, with a limited selection, and didn't quite live up to the standards of other five-star hotels. It's probably more cost-effective to book a room without breakfast and dine out.

The room was spotless, and I was very happy with the service from the front desk staff. Parking was also super convenient, making this a great choice for a business trip. The parking attendant was also very helpful. Overall, everything was excellent.

The hotel facilities were excellent! I was planning to hike Laojun Mountain that day, so when I saw they had a private hot spring, I booked it without hesitation! And it was indeed very comfortable! The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!

The first time I set the whole season, I went out to play a lot of hotels before, and the average price was two or three hundred hotels. The biggest feeling after this stay is that the chain and the non-chain are really different. At least I stayed at this all-season hotel. The sanitary environment service is far more than the previous hotel. Although the previous hotel is not bad, it is still not as good as the whole season. After that, it is estimated that there is a high probability that it will enter the whole season. Haha, the front desk lady service is very intimate, and there are small gifts. Very careful, although things are not big, But the experience is very good, like it.

The waiter was very enthusiastic, but it seems that there was no welcome fruit plate during my stay this time. The pillowcases in the room were pilled after being used for a long time. The drainage in the shower was a little slow and there was no door stop. The water would keep flowing out when taking a shower. Everything else was good.

From the front desk to the room service, every employee is smiling and actively offering help, making the whole stay experience more perfect. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely choose here again and will strongly recommend it to my friends around me!

The room was okay overall, and the space was quite large. The service from the young lady the day before yesterday was very good. She gave the child a souvenir as soon as she arrived at the front desk (it's not the gift that's valuable, it's the friendship). I have to complain about the air conditioner and slippers. Let's just say that although they are disposable, they can at least be worn for a night. I felt sticky under my feet after just a few steps, and I saw that they were covered in hair. 😅😅😅 And the air conditioner was whirring all night long. It was really annoying. It is really not recommended for light sleepers.
