Hot Springs Hotels in La Altagracia, Dominican Republic

Some of the waiters at the pool in front of the beach were a little impatient and strict with the drinks. The food in general is also average, with few fresh food options. The balcony cleaning was not done daily during our one-week stay. But overall, it is a good hotel.

There are 2 classes of VIP passengers and the others, the transportation is very bad for the others, they didn't even go for their suitcases.

very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

Excellent quality service The rooms are very good and very good. Price and quality 10/10 I was treated as it should be.
