Hot Springs Hotels in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Let’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.  Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.  Overall the hotel and the staff offered amazing hospitality, service and a great stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only few minutes walk from the Great Museum. The staff are also very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room can be improved as it is a five star hotel.

The accommodation is great in a good area and you feel calm and comfortable. It is close to the airport, close to Hajouja Restaurant, and close to all transportation. It is close to some services.
