Hot Springs Hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain

Great hotel, very good facilities, can't get enough of it. About ten minutes from the beach, there is a large supermarket at the door. There are some minor drawbacks, we slept above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy during breakfast in the morning. In addition, I was only given one bottle of water during my two-day stay. If I wanted to ask for an extra bottle, I was not given one. As for breakfast, Chinese people are not used to it, so it is recommended not to spend this money. I will probably stay here again next time I come.

The hotel has a secluded farm vibe, somewhat like a high-end agritourism destination in China. It boasts a very chill farm landscape and features an outdoor infinity pool, indoor hot spring, sauna, spa, gym, yoga, and meditation facilities. Since things get a bit boring, some activities are necessary, and there are daily craft or hiking options available. After praising it, here are three drawbacks: 1. The service is severely lacking. The front desk staff seemed overly performative and insincere. This feeling is subjective, but you'll understand once you're there. For example, once the water in the room is finished, it can't be refilled. Their exact words were: ”You're checking out today, so we can't provide free water. You can get paid water from the mini-bar, or there's free water at breakfast.” 2. Everyone says the restaurant is expensive, but I found the prices reasonable. A full meal with drinks would only cost a little over 100 euros. The biggest problem is the waiters' poor English. At first, I thought I misunderstood, but after they brought me two wrong breakfast items, I realized that Spanish waiters' English is genuinely poor. For dinner, they charged me for two portions of one dish, 45 euros x 2, totaling 90 euros. I was really confused; I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted one portion, but it ended up being two portions on one plate. For breakfast, I ordered dessert but it never came. At breakfast, I asked if a dish contained meat, and the answer was yes. But it wasn't... 3. The hotel is mostly garden landscaping; there's no sea view. My room, number 10, had terrible soundproofing. I was woken up around 2 AM by a huge sewer whistling sound. I specifically checked the time—it was 2 AM. Personally, I think one night is enough. I saw it was cheaper booking through Ctrip, but more expensive through the Marriott official app. I wonder if Platinum members get any perks.

There's no reason not to recommend such a wonderful hotel. The service was exceptional, the food was plentiful and varied every day, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic! The hotel has several swimming pools and plenty of lounge chairs for guests to relax in. I had a wonderful time.

Very quiet complex without entertainment, pure relaxation. Not overcrowded, there are always free sun loungers. The areas without children are also pleasant. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to eat à la carte almost all the time and everywhere. The food, with a wide selection and good quality, is nevertheless a bit overpriced for my taste. Water is also quite expensive. Nevertheless, the service is also unbeatable. Everything is done quickly and easily. Great staff, especially when it comes to organization. Lift to all rooms and pool floors (except for the infinite pool on the roof, where you have to climb stairs), restaurants accessible for wheelchair users. Breakfast and dinner outside with a breathtaking view of the bay. The view from our hotel room - balcony - was also a dream. Rooms very spacious and clean, large illuminated closet with lots of storage space. There were quite a lot of guests, but you never had the feeling of being cramped. Car rental organized by reception, totally stress-free. Reception also offers boat trips at affordable rates. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is rather small, but very pretty. Disadvantage: if you don't have a car, you're a bit isolated, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. You can find them in the next larger town. The hotel offers a free shuttle service there and back three times a day. I can't say anything about the spa and fitness center, as we didn't use them. In any case, it certainly wasn't the last time we were there.

Without doubt the best hotel on the whole beach! Already at the check-in, Laura welcomed us at the reception with her warm and charming smiles – a true angel on earth. Thanks to her hearty reception and excellent service, we felt like at home immediately. The hotel is clean, very modern, with first-class facilities. The food is varied and delicious, and the view is simply dreamy. Since our return to Germany, we have been thinking every day of joy and desire to the wonderful time here. Thank you very much to Laura and the entire team – you made our stay unforgettable!

The front desk of the hotel made a mistake in the bill and sent an email urging me to pay. After I replied to the email and asked her to check it twice, I still insisted on letting me pay, which made me very angry! Because European communication can use email, it is very troublesome to write emails and call to deal with these things during travel. Fortunately, Trip.com intervened to re-verify the cancellation of the bill. The course experience is OK, the brunch is great.

I chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait! One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided. However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically. The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

The hotel is very clean and very modern, there are all the comforts needed for a trip you can come with nothing in the pockets. The only point of improvement could be the TV that only runs with a few channels and you can't put the AirPlay to put YouTube or something. We had the room with views on the port.

Great hotel! Clean, bright and very tasty food! Located near the airport (6-7 minutes by taxi) and close to the sea (5 minutes). By the way, the beach is one of the cleanest beaches I have seen in Majorca. Respect employees. Everyone is very kind and friendly!
