It is a fairly old hotel in the city centre that has been renovated, so it is quite good. The price is high for the hotel's facilities but it is true that it is very central. For strollers and disabled people there is no lift to get to reception and a freight elevator is used. There is no parking and at reception they offer you a cheaper price by agreement with a nearby public car park although in reality the price is the same if you pay directly in the car park.
Both the service and the room facilities are very disappointing. First, the waiting time for check-in was very long upon arrival. And I was not notified in time when the room was ready while I was waiting in the lobby. Second, the room facilities were very bad. The coffee pot was broken, the TV remote control was broken, the Bluetooth speaker in front of the bed was broken... all needed to be replaced... The lobby shuttle service was also very chaotic. In addition, the location is remote and there are few dining options, so this hotel is not a recommended hotel for guests who expect high-quality services.
The Location is Great, the rooms are Clean and the service is very friendly and super nice (they let us in the room earlier)
I would totally recommend it 😄
Great View from the rooms. Nice TV Channels in a Lot of languages.
Only thing that could be better are the opening times of the Pool 😂😂
Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room
Great plants and facility
Breakfast buffet great, but cafe not edible.
Lying on the pool chairs too close together... almost claustrophobic.
But otherwise everyone was very friendly
La Palma is the greenest and most beautiful of the Canary Islands, hence its nickname, ”the beautiful island.” It has a diverse flora and its climate is spring/summer year-round. Interesting places? Many of them are its beaches, waterfalls, and forests. The laurel forest, the production of a Canarian rum distillery, gofio mills, and, best of all, its people. The parador is fantastic, as it's a typical La Palma building with its interior courtyard, where the spring microclimate is present, terraces, and a seafront restaurant with views. The Punta de Santa Cruz de la Palma and its well-maintained gardens with a waterfall, pond, and dragon trees facing the sea.
The service couldn't be better. We'll be back.
The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in.
The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide.
At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140.
We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.
The location of the hotel is just great. It is easy to get to and it is located right on the ocean shore. But we did not extend our stay there. It seemed to me not very cozy and somewhat shabby. Of course, the price for rooms in it is lower than in the others, this is an indisputable advantage
Not bad, although there were a few twists and turns, but the platform solved it! The scenery of the hotel is really good and beautiful. Two people can visit Yongchi Lake and the breakfast is better. British elderly people prefer this place when traveling!

Very Good
PPablo Altvarg JuffeThe place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.
GGuest UserLoved the hotel, felt like an old colonial styled placed, great surroundings so green and fresh. Loved that they were very aware of the planet so had refillable water jugs instead of plastic bottles, same with toiletries...balcony view was overlooking the pool with a gorgeous backdrop...Will stay again
SSteveGreat to be back here , the rooms have had an upgrade which is nice ! Amazing views ! Staff are lovely ! The breakfast is really good but I wouldn’t bother with Lunch , not very good at all - avoid !
GGuest UserThis holiday was organised to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We couldn't have asked for anymore the food the hospitality the room excellent.
AAnonymous UserLocation: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary.
Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad.
Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new.
Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊.
The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.
CChristine 92Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room

GGuest UserFantastic hotel, super located in the needle forests on 10' walks of the mountain village of Vilaflor. Beautiful Spa with all facilities. Fun restaurant with typical dishes.
