The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and has two couchs, both comfortable, although one suite should have a bathroom and a double bed.
The spa is free and free of charge.
Spent a lovely 3 days here after coming off a cruise, and it was a great stay. I particularly enjoyed getting up early in the morning for a refreshing swim in the pool.
I was surprised by the tranquility and beauty of the place with spectacular views of the sea. Excellent treatment from all staff. 100% recommended
The only thing I give a negative point is the poor lighting outside the place because it is a very beautiful environment to walk around at night but due to the poor lighting it was not possible.
To the rest a score of 10. Thanks for everything
Outstanding service at this beautiful hotel. A truly wonderful experience that I would never hesitate to recommend to others seeking a very special holiday treat. Thank you!
Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room
Great plants and facility
Breakfast buffet great, but cafe not edible.
Lying on the pool chairs too close together... almost claustrophobic.
But otherwise everyone was very friendly
Location: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary.
Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad.
Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new.
Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊.
The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.
The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.
The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

DDennisNLIt was great again. Sea view room near the boulevard. Nice dining and fantastic wellness and sauna. Personal service and therefore reason for many people to come back. Tonight.
