The room does not correspond to the one we had booked, and they did not give us what we asked for. I always ask for a high and good room, and they did not exactly comply, but quite the opposite. The receptionist was quite dry and boring. We did not have a timetable to reserve the spa, and even though the spa was broken, they were unable to offer us compensation, neither financial nor in services. They had a restaurant and massages, for example, to compensate us. However, Trip's treatment has left us with a good taste in our mouths due to their involvement in giving us compensation.
