The apartments are two floors and have a small balcony in the upper floor – ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen was very well equipped and did not leave any wishes open. Better: The quiet location in the 5th floor in the indoor courtyard provides a pleasant atmosphere and a lot of privacy.
The hotel is right by the Danube River, between the Liberty Bridge and the Szechenyi Chain Bridge. We took the subway from the FlixBus bus station and had to walk along the river for about 10 minutes. The hotel front desk was very good. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the front desk contacted the staff to prepare the room as soon as possible. There were various coffees in the check-in waiting area, and there was boiled water for tea. The hotel lobby was beautiful and spacious, with modern decoration, and the waiting time was very comfortable. We were able to check in after waiting for more than ten minutes. The room opposite the room did not have a river view, and other more expensive room types may have better views. There was a coffee machine and tea bags in the room, but there was no kettle, so you could only use the coffee machine to boil water. The hot water produced was small at a time, and it had the smell of coffee and coffee grounds, which was not convenient for making tea. The room was small, and the bathroom was large and a little cold. Overall, the price-performance ratio was good, and it was recommended to stay
I would be happy to provide an excellent review for Continental Hotel in Budapest. My experience at the hotel was fantastic. The room was tidy and clean, and the location was excellent, close to the city center and the great synagogue. The pool and sauna were also great amenities. Most importantly, I would like to give a special thanks to the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, who was extremely helpful during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Continental Hotel for anyone visiting Budapest.
Very satisfied, Ctrip's ticket booking and invoicing process is concise and clear without nonsense.
After arriving, the communication of the apartment service staff was also clear and concise. I was a little nervous before checking in, but the result exceeded expectations.
About the room: The room type is good and spacious, the facilities are complete and the price is reasonable.
Geographical location: Budapest's seventh district, not far away on foot; you can reach all the famous check-in spots on the Danube.
There is a breakfast shop downstairs in the apartment, which is one of the few open at 8 am (usually 9 am).
About smoking: Smoking is prohibited on all floors and fines are strict. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and all residents who see it comply! This shows that the management is also very good, give a thumbs up to the business 👍
Very good, will stay again!
This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop, a subway station with three lines, and the airport express line. Nearby is the famous bar street, which is full of restaurants and bars. It is very convenient to walk to Waze Street, the Danube River and the main attractions in the city. The hotel is a serviced apartment, where you can cook and wash your own clothes, and the facilities are complete. The hotel price is still expensive in summer, but it is much cheaper in other seasons. In addition, the service level is also good.
Conveniently located just a minute away from Metro line M3 stop. Lots of food shop around. Near comfortable room with adequate amenities. Front desk staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely will stay again.
This place lived up to all its good reviews. I thought the location was excellent even if it was a couple of metro stops from the center of town. It's a walkable distance anyway. The staff was super friendly and the breakfasts were very satisfying and healthy. Some real characters managing the breakfast rush and it made the place even more interesting. The rooms are great. High ceilings make a normal room kind of special. Bathrooms are straight up good but lacking some charm. I would come here again.
We spent three nights in the hotel, the room was comfortable, clean, they changed towels every day. Heating worked well, the TV didn't work, and we said 2x. Good location, but the morning was very disappointing. 1 type of bread, cheese only up 8-ig there is, no cookies, melon only the empty glasses show that it was, as well as everything else. There were no dishes, of course, but there were two ladies who had a bored picture, and they said in their shoes, ”when they're going to be,” to the anger of everybody, and I never experienced this.
It's relatively close to the tram station and it floats on the Danube, so you won't get lost.
The Danube is within walking distance from the Margaret Bridge, so at night you can see the illuminated Royal Palace from the bridge, which is very romantic.
The location is good because it is within 20 minutes of the subway straight from the center
There are only high stairs at the entrance of the hotel, so it is very inconvenient to go up with a carrier. If you talk to the reception staff, you can use the elevator at the back door, so please refer to it.
The morning time staff is very friendly and good.
Room was very clean.
The lighting inside the room is very dark,
I'm afraid of opening the window because there is no insect net,
The indoor air conditioning equipment was not working well and it was very hot.
Breakfast is hustle.

GGuest UserThe location was good and tidy, but the bed size was small, so it was a little uncomfortable. It was worth eating, but the juice bottle was sticky and there was a little bug with bread. The coffee that was served with beans was delicious.
The staff were moderately friendly but not revisiting
