Hot Springs Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

The ambiance, the location the services and the professional services were up to the mark. Specially the roof top lounge is perfectly managed by all the staff there. Room service was also ideal. Recommended for solo, family or couples. I have resided in different mercure hotels but the vibe of Malang Mercure is extra ordinary.

The place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

It was an amazing experience staying at the loft...the bedsheets was sparkling clean...towel were still in white colour even some other hotels still used even it had already turned into greyish... The view from our room.. is amazing...we can see the whole town

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

The staff were all very welcoming. From the front desk to security and the restaurant, everyone was great. They could communicate in English and even spoke some simple Chinese.

Incredible staff, went above and beyond for us. They gave us a bunch of stuff n delivered on their service. Although the showers could be a little more clean, the service makes up for it.

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers, it's perfect for families and super comfortable! The breakfast menu is diverse; my advice is to go really early, like 6 AM, because it gets super crowded later, especially during long weekends ;)

The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The breakfast fruit was fresh and delicious, and the dishes were great. There's a Japanese restaurant for dinner, though it's a bit pricey. The doorman provided excellent service, and the room was clean.

This is a Japanese-style hotel, with the first-floor restaurant predominantly serving Japanese cuisine, alongside some other dishes. Located in Bekasi, the overall environment and decor are quite decent. However, perhaps due to the hotel's positioning, the decor isn't overly refined, which is reasonable given the price point. The hygiene conditions are also acceptable, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and polite, which is commendable. All in all, it's a good hotel choice, especially since there aren't many options in Bekasi.
