Hot Springs Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

My 1st night i neeses room aervice but the room ph was out of order advises the dront deak who sent the maint persinnel who still couldnt fix it and said the front desk will call for a solution, waitwd but no call cam, then during the night nioticed the faucet was leaking and part of the bathroom floor waa wet, told the front desk but no one came. On my 2nd night i ordered room service as it was raining heavily. Ordered fries rice and spring rolls. The rice was soggy as was the spring roll, and the fried chicken was undercooked so were the 2 sticks of satay that came with it. There was no peanut sauce for the satay. It seems the front desk is alwaya pre occupied with other chores given that our complaints on the leaking faucet and faulty phone were not attended to. For room service i had to go down to the hotel restaurant to make the order. A disappointing stay overall, expected more from Mercure.

For the toilet, it would be better to have another curtain because we brought family, including children, and the sandblasted glass is still quite transparent. That's the only feedback.

Hotel is quite old and dated, high time to refurbish or renovate entirely. Breakfast is just ok.

It was an amazing experience staying at the loft...the bedsheets was sparkling clean...towel were still in white colour even some other hotels still used even it had already turned into greyish... The view from our room.. is amazing...we can see the whole town

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

Our first memorable experience at JSI Resort. The accommodation was super complete, clean, and well-maintained. Although there was an issue with a dirty blanket and no water, the staff responded immediately. The price was very budget-friendly for such comprehensive facilities. We also got an early check-in, able to access our room by 12 PM. You can drive your vehicle directly to your room, or a buggy car is available to take you. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there's a mini zoo, as well as outdoor and indoor playgrounds. We will definitely come back here again.

Very nice and big hotel. The location was perfect for our business trip and even though this place is 4 years old, no major signs of wear.

Extremely, extremely comfortable! My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel, especially for a honeymoon couple like us. The morning view of the mountains is absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend!
