The hotel's hot spring swimming pool is great. It is very convenient to make an appointment in advance. The hotel is right by the lake, the castle is very close to the store, and the central location is very good. The room is slightly smaller, others are very good

A luxury hotel located in one of the picturesque corners of Italy. Spacious and clean room with a spacious terrace overlooking Lake Garda. The breakfast is the most commendable, and the variety of dishes and champagne are delightful rewards. The spa with heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi offers beautiful panoramic views and deserves special praise. 6 types of saunas, plant teas and fruits. Also thank the staff for their attention, friendliness and quality service

The room has no other problems except for the small point, which is a bit unlike a four-star hotel. All the staff at the hotel have a super good service attitude and are the best we have been out for more than half a month. More friendly than the five-star Budapest Anantara New York Palace . The scenery of the hotel is super beautiful, with its own lakeside beach and long Jetty. You can walk to the water castle in the center of the old town in about ten minutes.

It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! There is also a lake view room, the morning and sunset are perfect scenery. There is also a pool outside the lake that is a hot spring spa! Will definitely stay here again!

The location is very good, only a ten minute walk from Milan Railway Station, but be sure to leave the train station to the opposite side, then walk all the way, passing the outdoor restaurant. The hotel is neat and clean, the hot water is very good, and you need to put the room card at the front desk when you come out. From the hotel, take the first intersection in the direction of the train station and turn left to see a supermarket. Things are very cheap, you can buy some before you go to Switzerland.

The hotel is on the mountain by Lake Como. The process of driving up is really a test of technology. The roads in Italy are so narrow, all with W and Z-shaped. . Two cars transfer cars need you to return my concession. But the location of the hotel is very good, the view is wide, the scenery is superb, overlooking Lake Como is really beautiful, there is a swimming pool, it is good to live with children. There is no air-conditioning, it's too hot in summer...

GGuest UserMy family and I had a great time at the hotel , it's very central and close to the station. The service was great, the staff very friendly and helpful , especially the staff in the dining hall when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty and substantial and a good variety to pick and choose from. The coffees were great too.
Would have loved to have stayed longer to make use of their facilities but we were there for only one day and night. Will definitely come back.
