The environment of the hotel was very pleasant. There were not many guests and the large garden was impressive, but it was uncomfortable that it was located somewhat far from the city. Breakfast was very common and not impressive, but the kindness of the hotel staff left a very good impression.
I loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of old Palermo. Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.
I like the hotel type very much, it was built in 1852, and it is still well maintained after refurbishment. Breakfast must be arranged, because this hotel is in the mountains of the vineyard, basically can travel by car, and it takes only minutes to drive nearby, but it is precisely this that can achieve the independence of the present.
The rooms have a sense of design, with good air conditioning and good hot water. The hotel is located in a community, and there is a small supermarket near the bakery. But the room is small and suitable for couples at most. It is not recommended to bring children.

The location and the view of the hotel are impeccable and the rooms have unrivaled sea and mountain views. The facilities are actually very good, but the strange bathroom shower head design makes the bath extremely awkward. The hotel is the old grand theatre, and it is the town that continues to go down. The distances are just right. The beach is not good, but the beaches in southern Italy are the same. It is the kind of large-grained sandstone beach, which is very ground. The only thing that I feel dissatisfied is that the Italians are really too playable. The party is still playing music loudly at 12:30 in the evening. It is not a complaint that it is estimated that it will not be closed several times. Parking is also a bit difficult, we all parked in the parking lot lumbi garage about 2 km away, and then take the shuttle bus, convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, daily needs were provided, and the living room and bedroom had an air conditioner, which was great. Check in and check out are very convenient. The location of the hotel is very good, turn right is a vegetable and fruit shop, very fresh and cheap, there is a small restaurant to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the alley. The hotel turns left and goes out the alley left. It is a bar on the left and a restaurant on the right.
The hotel is comfortable and clean. It has a large swimming pool, parking and private access to the beach with parasols and beds, as well as a friendly and well-educated bathroom service. However, the reception staff was not so hospitality and welcome because they were contrary to the presence in the room of a car-portable refrigerator used exclusively for the maintenance of personal products. I would have been banned from accessing the hotel with the mini-fridge afterwards because it would consume electric power caused by a overload of energy that could interrupt the electricity at the plane (which is a undue excuse!!!). I had to give my good reasons with determination and insistence to access the portable mini-fridge. It would be a good standard if the decor of clothes was respected in the hotel's indoor rooms of common use as guests walk in bath suits.

WWalterChanOverall we definitely enjoyed the stay, the staffs were really nice and patient to answer our questions, and the restaurant there was awesome as well. However, the toilet in our room seemed to have problems with the flush can apparently they couldn’t fix it. Despite, I recommend this hotel for your journey.
