Pros : Great Facilities , very helpful staff , good to relax and enjoy Cons: Slightly far from the main town u need a car A lot of old couples seems good to relax Many mosquitoes tho close ur balcony door

The hotel is very well located.. unfortunately gave me the room with coastal view (works at 7:30 p.m.,catastrophe) and waste view down ((Reception manages by Omar . En plus j'ai prévenu que mon séjour lié à mon anniversaire !! si ,no personnel très à l'écoute et professionnel(bar,resto,médecin,masseur) The swimming pool area is well.. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

Excellent staff and services, very large thermal pool and excellent whirlpool, excellent breakfast, renovated room but very old windows and shutters! Overall a great hotel and the central location with beautiful pools makes it a great hotel! Too bad for the very old windows and shutters.

das Hotel bietet alles was man sich wünscht, man darf aber nicht pingelig sein. an manchen Möbel blättert z. b. das Funier ab. Aber alles andere wunderbar, gute Betten, Badezimmer perfekt, die Küche hervorragend. die Thermaleinrichtungen vielfältig, schön und sehr entspannend. auch gibt es viele Sportmögluchkeiten..Wir fahren wieder hin!!!!

The hotel is located in the center of the town. The square at the entrance is full of flowers and the environment is beautiful. The favorite is the outdoor hot spring pool. The daytime trip is very comfortable, and it is free and recommended.

We have stopped here several times on the way home. A few days on Lake Garda in beautiful surroundings. The hotel is in a quiet location, but you can still be in Bardolino on the lake in just a few minutes on foot. The people are very nice. Paula in particular, who made us coffee in the morning, is a ray of sunshine and makes us start the day with a smile. You can also relax in the hotel itself in the spacious indoor area with pools and wellness area. The rooms are large and modern. We even had a view of the lake from our room on the second floor. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied and very good.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.

De locatie is zo ontzettend sympathiek. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en je kunt zien dat ze echt met veel plezier werken. Dat straalt uit op de vibe van de locatie.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. Staff very careful to everything. The kitchen is very good and varied.

Very beautiful term with various swimming pools and also the presence of sauna - good and abundant dinner (dishes and sweets served by buffet).
