An old-school Japanese ryokan. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The onsen (hot spring) is definitely the highlight, though it's a shame there's no outdoor bath. It's mostly locals staying here, which creates a really nice atmosphere.
The lobby is beautiful, the facilities are new, and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the hot spring bath with a beautiful view of Inuyama Castle. The only downsides are that there aren't many restaurants or shops around the hotel, and the gym, while pretty, has limited equipment and isn't very practical.
So satisfied! The transportation was also more convenient than I expected! After checking in, there were even some drinks and snacks, and both dinner and breakfast the next day were well-arranged! The private onsen on the 5th floor was absolutely beautiful. The other two private onsens on the 3rd floor, though smaller, were still perfectly adequate. I just wish I had more time; otherwise, I would have definitely stayed two nights to explore the nearby beach.
Like all Dormys, it's excellent value for money. The onsen and sauna are excellent (one outdoor pool, two indoor pools, and a sauna). Free ramen is available from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM, and ice cream is available in the evening. A probiotic milk drink is available in the morning, and there's a coffee machine on the ground floor. The room is clean, and the staff is friendly.
An excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.
Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.
It was very beautiful and comfortable. It is also attractive to put it in the hot spring next door! I was happy that I could get a sample of shampoo and conditioner (I don't know if it's an event) for women. It is fully equipped with heating and cooling, but it may be difficult to spend too hot or too cold, so it may be more comfortable to avoid it. The toilet was clean and I enjoyed using the BBQ grill.

A very clean hotel in a great location near Nagoya Station. You can see the tracks from inside the hotel, but the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear the trains at all.
The breakfast was excellent. The onsen (hot spring) was also very good.

wonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins.
The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one.
A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

奶奶龍Very good hotel, that is, the service is insufficient, the stay for 3 nights was not cleaned, even the garbage was not clear, there were only a few towels for the supply, and there were no tea bags, coffee toothbrushes...
TTGaborVery good capsule hotel, good value for the money! Very helpful staff and able to speak English (Suzuki, Chie, Arjun, thanks). Free soft drinks, free alcohol from 17-27, free breakfast and dinner, very good spa and sauna, anime corner and mini games. The difference from last year is that the top floor isn't just for man anymore, the women has their on section now, while the man has to share their section, which isn't fair. It would've been better a mixed floor or women have there own floor (Only 2 massage chairs and 1 isn't working properly on the male section, there were 3 last year). Also, you only supposed to talk on the phone in a small ”phone boot”, which is for one person, which is silly in my opinion (the women section used to be the part, where you were able to speak with others on the phone/app). I also miss the lemony ”energy” drink from the sauna and the ”flushing noise” option from the toilet from last year. It's still a very good hotel!

GGuest UserReally love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area.
The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

MMomocoLOStayed for 2 nights.
Good service.
Onsen is good.
Breakfast ok.
Dinner very good.
Room is tidy and clean.
The mattress and pillows are really very good.
Location is close to the airport (30 mins approx) and Suzuka (around an hour). There is a supermarket just next to the hotel.
And lots of other restaurants or drug stores or convenience stores nearby.; just takes 2-5 minutes drive.
If Route Inn can add the GPS (phone #) on the website that’s much easier for tourists. We drove from Toyota Museum and it should take about 30mins but just because we didn’t have the correct phone # to set the GPS on the car and the worst is the Google didn’t work well in Nagoya Ciry and finally we took 2 hours to get there!
