The facilities are fantastic here, it is cleaner than any other place I've been to and the views are unbeatable.
Most importantly, the night staff working the front desk made it such a wonderful experience.
I am looking forward to coming back in the future, will definitely book again and fell in love with the experience here
The location is very good, just opposite Takeo Onsen Station. It was raining on the day I arrived at the station, so it was still close.
The room is very small. Japanese hotel rooms are generally small, but this is really the smallest hotel I have stayed in Japan. However, the facilities are complete and the bed is not small. I like it.
The hotel has its own hot spring, although it is smaller.
The service is good and the breakfast is also OK.
Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it.
But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest.
Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.
The Japanese-style room is very large, the hotel can also be soaked on the 4th floor, dinner and breakfast are very rich, my friend and I also ordered two bamboo crabs, the crab is very fat, the crab meat is sweet, very delicious.
The room size is larger than the Japanese-style rooms in general hot spring hotels. No Japanese yukata is provided, only Japanese pajamas. The overall style experience is a combination of European and American styles. It is not a completely Japanese hot spring hotel. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a banquet. Both the indoor and outdoor hot springs are large. If you like a quiet place with few people, you can consider this niche hot spring
This time I stayed at Daishoya, I can only say that I was really surprised. The front desk staff always had a smile on their faces, and they were attentive and thoughtful. The room was also very good, not small at all, and the hot spring was also very large. My skin was very smooth after the bath, and the breakfast was very exquisite. Everything was so perfect and unforgettable.
If you come from Fukuoka Airport, you can take the Kyushu Express Bus directly to the Ureshino Onsen bus center next to the hotel, which is fast and cheap.
I have already strongly recommended it to my friends before I returned to Shanghai, great 👍🏻
good quality. good service. Mandarin, English, Japanese are okay.
very convenient. 5 mins distance to the Saga station
both public and private bathrooms are available.
There was also a breakfast available which costs 600 yen but the quality is terrible.
The water in Ureshino Onsen is really good. It is the best hot spring I have ever taken in Japan. My skin is smooth after taking a bath. The room is also very good. Compared with hot spring hotels in Hokkaido, Atami and Hakone, the room is a little old. But the rest is still the same Japanese service~
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from JR Takeshio Onsen Station. I took a taxi to the hotel. When I got off the bus, the driver gave me a receipt and told me to hand it to the counter staff. Later, I learned that the taxi fare to the hotel could be reimbursed with the hotel. This practice is envisaged for the guests, but unfortunately there is no relevant information on the Internet. JR has two exits. Since there are not many taxis to the hotel exit, I waited for 15 minutes to have a car, so I almost considered walking to the hotel. Fortunately, there is a taxi in the end.
The hotel has two bathing places, one is a natural hot spring, the other is a circulating hot and cold water bath. The natural hot spring starts 24 hours and the other has an opening time. Even if the hotel is full, the time for everyone to soak in the bath may stagger, so I usually only have myself or one more guest when I go to the hot springs. My own experience is very good, you can enjoy the hot springs peacefully and comfortably.
One berth and two meals, one or two months in the morning, the price is cheap. Dinner was eaten in the room that day, and breakfast was eaten in the banquet hall the next day. The dinner dishes are rich and the breakfast is relatively ordinary. The hotel staff service is very good and the welcome process makes people feel at home.

GGuest UserWhile the reception/ lobby of the property is beautiful (and the wood and flowers smell really good), the room corridors of the main building seem to be a little old. The room itself is large but cosy, and has a very nice mountain view. Very relaxing to just sit by the window and have tea.
The public onsen (both men and woman) also has a fantastic mountain view and really cute sauna rooms.
We liked the Sukiyaki dinner but be aware that the smell clings on your clothings and you'll smell like Sukiyaki the whole evening :D
GGuest UserAfter booking the hotel, I was hesitant and worried that it would be bad. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel! Everything is better than expected ^_^Small but beautiful! The front desk staff are friendly and attentive. There was a young man from China at the front desk who gave a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities, dinner reservation times and some sightseeing suggestions in Chinese. On Chinese New Year's Eve, I met a Japanese lady at the hotel front desk (who spoke very fluent English) who gave guests free drinks to celebrate the New Year, which made people feel cordial and warm. There are few people in the hotel's hot springs and they are very clean. Basically every time I go, the restaurant is reserved;) Dinner is a major feature of the hotel and worth experiencing. Although the ingredients don't look amazing, they are actually carefully prepared and high-quality ingredients. The cooking method is not very flashy, which is probably the characteristic of Ureshino. I ate every meal until I couldn't finish it. The Saga beef melts in your mouth, the tiny pufferfish is extremely delicious, the crabs are sweet and plump...^_^The soup tofu for breakfast is soft, glutinous and smooth in the mouth, without any beany smell, and the rich bean aroma is unforgettable.
The appearance picture of the hotel on Ctrip’s official website is different from the actual one! This is actually the first photo I took of this! Much better than what is shown on the official website! Best hotel for traveling with parents!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Takeo Gate Tower. The Japanese-style room is quite large. There is no one in the hot spring bath at night, so you can have a private hot spring bath alone. There is no hairdryer in the room, so you need to blow it in the bathhouse. The dinner and breakfast were quite sumptuous and very filling. Check-in time is 3 pm, not 2 pm as shown by Ctrip. There is no problem communicating in English at the front desk.
GGuest UserOverall, I think it was good. The hot springs were also very comfortable and made my skin smooth. The temperature was a little hot, but the breakfast was also enjoyable with a variety of ingredients. Since it is a hot spring town, the smell (sulfur) in the hotel bothered me a little, but I got used to it later. There are many sightseeing spots in Takeo and near the hotel, so I am satisfied.

JJajiThe first time I tried the hot springs in Ureshino, I chose the newer ”Sakura”. The hotel has free parking, the hot springs are first-class, soaking the whole body and sliding, it is worthy of being called a beauty bath 👍🏻 I booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel, the style is not Too much but tasted good. There are many shops and restaurants on the pedestrian street near the hotel. The famous soup tofu is worth a try. There is also a dessert shop nearby, but it closes too early. It is recommended to try it earlier🤭
GGuest UserIt was dark. I originally thought it would be difficult to find this hotel, but I checked into some more on the side of the road. It is an ordinary old-style hotel. The room seems to have a small hall design. The hot spring is in front. The open-air bath is very dark and a bit scary. There are no lights. , it would be much better if there were lanterns, I checked in without ordering breakfast, and drove out of the parking lot in the morning. It turned out that there was a beautiful pier next to it, so I took a photo!
