Very Good
WWHJ_JapanThe view is great, the food was great and the room was good. The only small things would be the staff could do better explaining things to families checking in, some explanations were vague. While in the rooms they are very clean, but you must be careful bringing any food or drinks in the rooms or the ants will invade the room. Tattoos being accepted for the large bath would be appreciated as well, they are currently very strict on any tattoos that are easily visible.
GGuest UserIchinomata Onsen Grand Hotel offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. Set in a beautiful location, it features traditional Japanese architecture and onsen (hot spring) facilities that provide a perfect way to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and every detail—from the cleanliness of the room to the thoughtful amenities—made the experience truly comfortable. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. We were especially touched by the small chocolates and cookies they surprised us with on Valentine’s Day.
GGuest UserWe couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Hagi no Yado Tomoe. Outstanding from start to finish. Delicious meals (breakfast and dinner) on both days, comfortable futons in spacious and well-appointed rooms, the most friendly and efficient service (sincere thanks to Takashi-san, our ‘butler’, but also to the entire team) and ideally located in walking distance to all Hagi’s most interesting sights. I can’t recommend Hagi no Yado Tomeo highly enough.
TTsz KiThe room is functional and the Japanese breakfast and dinner are excellent.
The hot spring has multiple special pools, but the hot spring water is not hot enough. It would be better if there is a vending machine selling frozen milk outside the hot spring door.
SSuraneeMy flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.
GGuest UserI was traveling alone and stayed overnight without meals. For dinner, I was able to go to an Italian restaurant on the first floor without a reservation. The food was so delicious that I wondered if I was in Italy. The hotel staff were very cheerful and polite, and wonderful people. It was a wonderful trip.
GGuest UserAlways a good stay here at the Green Rich hotel, nice bath area for guests to enjoy and breakfast if your reservation includes it. One issue that I deal with is their branded shaving razors, they are extremely sharp and I got cut by them a few times. One was bad enough that it took off a whole layer of skin and I had to wear a bandaid on my chin for a couple days, so be very careful. (I have utilized many disposable razors before)
LLoyd PekLocation is excellent for the area, with splendid views of the bay from both the room and outdoor Onsens. I miss waking up to the sound of the quacking ducks, swimming in the sea, in the morning already! But I wonder how one would visit this hotel without driving own car. Service was welcoming and the food served was great. Would love to visit if I’m in the area again. Should renovate and upkeep the onsen areas!
GGuest UserThe hotel is about 30 minutes away from Miyajima, so I booked a hotel in Iwakuni instead of Miyajima to save money and see Kintai Bridge.
Iwakuni Castle and Kintai Bridge are near the hotel, and I could see Kintai Bridge from my room, which was nice.
There is a large bath and an open-air bath inside the hotel, so I think there are many things to enjoy. You can see Kintai Bridge and Iwakuni Castle from the open-air bath.
Actually, there is not much to see, but I think the large bath alone is worth going.
I originally booked a room with a mountain view, but I was given a room with a view of Kintai Bridge, which was even better.
The staff are all friendly, so even if you don't speak Japanese, they will slowly teach you.
