WWYTing112Loved it! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the hot spring attendants and even the security guards, was incredibly polite and friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable, which was a huge plus. They even sent reminders for hot spring reservations, which was so thoughtful.

XxplorexCNY staycation at Erya by Suria Hotspring Bentong. This was my second stay. Hotel was full house and quite crowded. Breakfast was basic with 5 main options plus toast and cornflakes. Coffee, tea, milk and juice provided. Food just average. Room was clean but on the second day there was no hot water at all. Hot spring has two pools with different temperatures, both hot and comfortable. Overall, okay for a short stay.
