Top location and top service. The employees were very friendly and Mrs. Seda was very helpful when we indicated that the bed was not very comfortable. We then received an upgrade without obligation. We had 3 different rooms for 3 nights, but the collaboration with Trip was that we could only get the rooms on the ground floor. And we didn't really like that. The rooms and furnishings are in need of updating. The concept is there, but it must be user-friendly. The employees do get a 10 from us.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Haydarpasha Palace Hotel and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and offers breathtaking views of the sea. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team who made me feel welcome immediately. The rooms are extremely spacious, modern and offer all the amenities you could wish for. The cleanliness and loving care of the rooms, which were always well maintained throughout my stay, deserves special mention. The culinary offering was also fantastic. The selection of dishes in the restaurant was varied and each one was a delight. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food was always fresh and of high quality. The wellness area and the pools also rounded off my stay perfectly. Relaxation after a day full of experiences was guaranteed here. I can only warmly recommend the Haydarpasha Palace Hotel! A perfect hotel for an unforgettable vacation. I am already looking forward to my next stay!”

Из плюсов: роскошные бунгало и территория в целом; дружелюбный персонал, который оперативно выполнял все наши просьбы; очень щедрые и вкусные завтраки; сауна и хамам включены, и мы активно ими пользовались по вечерам - очень здорово!; процедуры в спа понравились; свой пляж - тоже ценно!  Из того, что можно улучшить: знание официантами английского на базовом уровне; клининг бы почаще, однако когда я просила сделать дополнительно уборку, все выполняли быстро и хорошо; заранее предупреждать, что ожидание блюд в ресторане 40-50 мин; в бунгало не хватало крючков для хранения при входе и в ванной; маловато лежаков на пляже, но нам повезло, что было мало людей. Еще  на кухне не хватало микроволновки, маленьких сковородки и кастрюли.  Общее впечатление: отлично! Это, пожалуй, лучшее предложение в Чиралах по жилью, расположению и соотношению «цена-качество». Благодарим команду «Naturelife” и надеемся, что недочеты будут устранены.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

Top family business that cares for his guests with much love. Breakfast is fresh and super delicious, the owners are very hearty and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Every time again!

Above all, this price is all-inclusive! The price is surprising because it includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even late-night snacks, as well as drinks and alcohol. Although it was stated that fresh fruit juice and imported alcohol were not included, we drank a lot of cocktails and drinks, but there were no additional costs. It seems like a hotel that many German families visit. You hear more German than English around you. The rooms are spacious, in good condition, and the bedding is good. In terms of facilities, it seems more like a resort than a hotel. There are many outdoor swimming pools and outdoor restaurants, and if you walk along them, you can reach the Mediterranean beach. Considering that early March is almost like early summer in Korea, it seems like the weather will be good enough to go to the beach in April. Most of the staff are friendly. Since the majority of the people are German, it may be a place that suits their tastes, but it doesn't mean that tourists from other regions will feel uncomfortable. Anyway, I want to come back with my family next time. I recommend it.

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants. We did not understand why guests got up before breakfast and occupied sun loungers - there was always enough space. The food is always fresh and varied: for any meal at least 3 types of meat and 3 types of fish, about a dozen side dishes, not counting separate tables. There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice. We always managed to put together something new. Good cleaning, robes and slippers in the room. The safe is free. The hotel is well adapted for guests in wheelchairs: everywhere is barrier-free, a regular economy room is spacious enough to pass. The bathroom and shower cabin are also quite large. The economy room has 2 beds, by eye - 160 and 120 cm wide. If you are not a couple, but just 2 guests - this is a great option. More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other. There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian. I would like to say separately about the SPA: the director Gulnura and the masseuse Pudu, thank you very much, your hospitality is beyond all calls, and the massage was wonderful
