All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

The hotel rooms are quite big. I suggest not to stay in the rooms on the side of the pool, which is a bit noisy. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. You need to wear a swimming cap in the hot spring pool (please note this). The most convenient thing is that they provide dinner, but there are too many groups. Everything else is good.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

The renovated general areas of the hotel have to be cleaned and maintained and the pool staff have to be provided with the spa lobby, restaurant hamam sauna, but the thermals have to be all-purpose. The restaurant service is quite wide and you will certainly find something that suits your enjoyment. The negative aspects are the free of tea coffee water, including dining hours. Friends at the reception are quite kind and professional. They upgraded us to our 3 adult accommodation and provided us with free transfer from standard room to delux room. What was good about this hotel was that it had an open-air bath, indoor bath, sauna, and pool. And everything was kept clean. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, so it could be enjoyed by a variety of foreigners. However, I would be happy if they could improve the quality a little more. All drinks except for cups of water are charged for, and I would like them to at least provide chai for free. The staff other than those at the pool bar were not very friendly and seemed poorly trained. The bed sheets in the room were wrinkled, which was uncomfortable.

I'm a traveler from Japan. The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills. Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people. You'll also be amazed by the taste and quantity of the breakfast. I think it would be a shame to just visit this place as a day trip. I recommend Karahayit even compared to Pamukkale Village. If you're thinking of staying in Karahayit, I highly recommend this hotel. I hope this comment will be helpful to others.

The rooms are clean, the shower and toilet are clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great. The staff is amazing, they are helpful in every way. A great business that deserves more than 3*. We stayed in two rooms with my mother, father, wife and daughter for 3 nights. It is very good that both the thermal pools and the swimming pools are open for use 24 hours a day. And I would like to greet the pet-friendly staff again. I recommend you to make a reservation without hesitation.
