Hot Springs Hotels in Istanbul Province, Türkiye

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

Amazing five stars hotel with a very attentive staff. The location is perfect, close to Haggia Sophia, in a old ottoman houses, each house having only a few rooms making the stay feel very private. The cleaning lady had prepared a surprise everyday and was very thorough. On my birthday, the staff prepared a cake. High class service and high class hotel. Would definitely go again!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. Our overall experience at this hotel was average. Given that it belongs to a well-known chain, we expected a bit more in terms of service and consistency. The housekeeping was a bit disappointing as the room was not cleaned daily. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very helpful — they quickly arranged our airport transfer and resolved any issues immediately. The location is excellent, just steps away from the tram, making it very convenient for getting around the city.

There is an outdoor pool with thermal water, an indoor pool also with thermal water, a whirlpool, also with thermal water. Sauna, steam bath and hammam are included in the hotel stay. Women's and men's areas are separate. Very pleasant.

Stayed for three days, the hot water is not hot is a problem, everything else is very good

This is a superb hotel. We were given a room on the 18th floor with a wonderful view, partially overlooking the Bosphorus. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed: bathrobes, an ironing board and iron, a capsule coffee machine, and convenient refillable dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and lotion. Housekeeping cleaned every day, but at random times. We received one liter of water per person, and more was available at breakfast. Water was also provided in the sauna, or you could simply ask for it. The breakfasts were excellent. They offered red fish, blue cheese, a variety of freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and poached eggs. For the first time in Turkey, I found delicious cold cuts and a system for ordering omelets without waiting in line – a waiter would bring it to you, along with drinks. There were also yogurts, muesli, and pastries. The hotel has an excellent pool with comfortable sun loungers featuring thick mattresses and pillows. Staff would lay out towels and bring umbrellas. Nearby, there was a sauna and a hammam. There's a bar, but the prices are quite steep. The location is also excellent. There are plenty of places to eat around, a metro station, and bus stops. The Havaist airport shuttle stops across the street, and Taksim Square is nearby. I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. If I'm ever in Istanbul again, I will definitely return.

I acknowledge that it's the best luxury hotel in Istanbul. There was a minor service issue, but it was resolved very well, which is understandable given that they are a luxury hotel aiming to excel. Recommended.

Despite the presence of a 24-hour front desk in the hotel description, I was able to check in after 23:00 only after lengthy negotiations with the administrator / chief, who, of course, was not in place at that time. Thank you for your responsiveness, but it's better to confirm the check-in time in advance.
