Beautiful quirky mature property based in the centre of historic Warwick town with views of Warwick Castle and only a short stroll away. The property is in a fantastic location and within walking distance from shops, restaurants, St Nicholas park, pubs, train station and much more.Recently renovated we would love to share our home with you and give you the most comfort whilst enjoying your stay in Warwick.As you walk in to the property you enter the kitchen diner, equipped with washing machine and a dishwasher and plenty of space to enjoy your breakfast. The next room is the living room with a double sofa bed and a large comfy sofa. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs you have our blue room step up to the king size bed and wardrobe. The yellow room with bunkbeds. And a shower room with a lovely rain fall shower. Up the next flight of stairs (please duck), you enter a room with a single bed and trundle. Walk through the door to our master bedroom with a king size bed. Outside we have a private courtyard and parking space.Things to note, our home is well loved and over 100 years old so some areas are uneven, the stair case for the top floor the roof is low whilst walking up the stairs. The property is based on a main road. As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue.

On the first day of check-in, a room fan was broken, a room light was broken, and several rooms were changed that night. The stay experience was very poor! However, the two beautiful women in the hotel had a better attitude. The next day, they changed the room and calmed our anger. Ctrip's follow-up was also timely and refunded the room rate for one night.

This is a very distinctive cabin hotel! Although it is a cabin, the facilities inside are complete (but there is no refrigerator), the decoration is full of medieval style, and the whole park has an ancient atmosphere. The environment is green and beautiful, and you can see wild ducks swimming and foraging by the stream. There are games for children in the park and regular entertainment programs every day. Children like it very much. The overall price is good, I have a wonderful holiday with my family here!

We booked in and my son and daughter were upgraded as they had just finished their exams. We had the dog and our room was good in the way the door opened into large green area and you could sit outside. It was busy in the eve as there was a prom on and another function and the service was slow in the restaurant. I spoke to the supervisor at reception and explained the issues we had and she could not be more helpful - we were offered drinks and lunch as a sorry which was a great gesture. We would definitely return.

I had an absolutely delightful stay here. The rooms were spotless, provided in the rooms were coffee machines, bath robes, room slippers, hair dryers. There were basic toiletries and you could ask for vanity kits or shaving kits as well. The in room dining menu is priced very well but it is not all day, so do check with the reception. There is so much to do around the property and there’s ample parking available as well. The indoor pool is heated and can be used till 8PM. Breakfast is from 7-10AM and is a lovely spread.
