"Very retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in. It feels very hard!"
"I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees.
A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel.
A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee.
I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it.

"We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hosts who responded immediately to all our messages and requests. The location is great and very close to the university (only 4 minutes away)."
"The location is great and near the street food market as well as the bus station. Nearby is the library, quite peaceful and chill. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious Shower gel, shampoo , hair conditioner and lotion was provided. Highly recommended."
"Come to Aarhus for a business trip, a good value for money hotel, and sanitary conditions are OK. Self-service check-in is very convenient. There is a password cabinet for luggage storage on the first floor to facilitate luggage storage on the day after check-out.
The downside is that living on the second floor, the bus stop downstairs is a bit noisy. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest 711. There is a 24-hour unmanned convenience store next to it, but foreign tourists are more difficult to enter."

"The location is just perfect - easy to everything in walking distance. To experience the city of Århus in a weekend this is definitely outstanding. Although large room with both fine kitchen and good space for table and bed.
The kitchen with all facilities so you can really cook in the room if it was interesting.
In any way recommendable"
"The traffic is really convenient! In the city center, you don't say that you are adjacent to the main transportation hub, the art museum attractions and the supermarket. The hotel is also clean and tidy! Very good! Breakfast is also quite rich. Also equipped with a gym."
"The flight was delayed, the hotel arrived in the early morning, the front desk was very nice. Because I dragged two big boxes, it was very hot when I arrived, and my face was red, and I specially sent a small fan to the room, because the Danish hotel is not air-conditioned!"

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is a good basic option and very close to the station. It's clean and comfortable, but also close to a noisy street for nightlife, so if your room is at the front you may be disturbed at night.
GGuest UserDuring the trip to Europe, I feel that this hotel spends the most money to experience the most general conditions. The facilities are old, the bed is small, the room has a smell, and the door must be closed. Maybe Nordic prices are really more expensive. 🥹
GGuest UserLove this hostel very much! The room is large, the bathroom has a door and a curtain. The lobby is very comfortable to sit in, and the coffee and wine are delicious. It is very close to voxhall and ARoS. It seems that there is a small performance venue that has recently opened (*¯︶¯*)
GGuest UserThe building has a dense structure and thin walls. It is in a tic-tac-toe design. There is only a wall outside the window. There is noise. When the neighbor opens the door, it is the same as opening your own door. You can hear the noise from the building opposite the neighbor. I booked a room half a month in advance but could not move in. As soon as I turned on the hot water in the bathroom to take a shower, the sewer would smell. The locked door is just a decoration. I can still enter by swiping a card from outside. Their card is for public use. I used the door card of someone else's room to open the door of my room. I thought it was the housekeeper who went to the wrong place. As you can imagine, it is not surprising that the door suddenly opened when I was not there, at night, and without clothes.
CChaimaa KaouterGreat view! The employees were really nice.
I had hoped for a room on the upper floors as I feel the least disturbed, but unfortunately it was sold out so I got a room on the ground floor, which was annoying as guests walk past the room and look in all the time. So not much privacy in the room.
I think the room lacked a hair dryer and electric kettle, and maybe an air conditioner or similar on the hot days.
Breakfast was fine. There could well have been more options.
XXixiCheungThe front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the corridor had a strange smell, a dense airtight suffocation or smelly feet, I couldn't say it, and the corridor looked dirty!
The room hygiene and layout are unreasonable, especially the desk that can be used as an office desk, very unreasonable, the seat is very uncomfortable, I was forced to change to another lounge chair!
The sheets I thought were not clean which made me have an allergic reaction, leaving the last day with a red rash, and I didn't go to comment because of politeness!
The location is close to the train station is an advantage!
I live for a short time, but I do not recommend, I live in an uncomfortable environment for a week, the pressure is very high!
GGuest UserThe view outside the room is very nice and very comfortable. The hotel's service is very good. I put my luggage on the basement floor before leaving. The luggage card was given by the front desk~~~ It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. Recommended to stay.
GGuest UserLocation and property was amazing. Staffs at the reception were very helpful. Room was bit smelly. Having said that it was a great deal. Truly a value for money
