"The hotel is in a great location, close to the Art Museum, Old Town Museum, and Old Town Hall. The hotel rooms are also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the B2 of the garage cannot accommodate slightly larger cars."

"I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees.
A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel.
A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee.
I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it.

"Hotel in a central location with nice view and friendly staff. Unfortunately the elevators are small, especially the elevator to and from the parking lot. Also there was no air conditioning in our room, which made it feel very warm. You can leave the outside door ajar, but then there are a lot of insects. Furthermore there is no fridge. The breakfast was extensive and tasty."

"Come to Aarhus for a business trip, a good value for money hotel, and sanitary conditions are OK. Self-service check-in is very convenient. There is a password cabinet for luggage storage on the first floor to facilitate luggage storage on the day after check-out.
The downside is that living on the second floor, the bus stop downstairs is a bit noisy. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest 711. There is a 24-hour unmanned convenience store next to it, but foreign tourists are more difficult to enter."

"The location is just perfect - easy to everything in walking distance. To experience the city of Århus in a weekend this is definitely outstanding. Although large room with both fine kitchen and good space for table and bed.
The kitchen with all facilities so you can really cook in the room if it was interesting.
In any way recommendable"

"The traffic is really convenient! In the city center, you don't say that you are adjacent to the main transportation hub, the art museum attractions and the supermarket. The hotel is also clean and tidy! Very good! Breakfast is also quite rich. Also equipped with a gym."

"The flight was delayed, the hotel arrived in the early morning, the front desk was very nice. Because I dragged two big boxes, it was very hot when I arrived, and my face was red, and I specially sent a small fan to the room, because the Danish hotel is not air-conditioned!"

NNiuniuFacilities: The facilities are good, and it is a blue-label four-star hotel standard. The room is also relatively large and very hygienic. And there is a kettle in the room, which really meets the needs of the Chinese. The fly in the ointment is the variety of breakfast, which is completely Western food. Overall okay!

林林安迪I arrived in the afternoon really exhausted, but the staff at the counter was very accommodating. The room interior is well lit and cozy too. Also the distance from the train station is around 200 meters, making it great for travelers looking for a quick night stay.

GGuest UserDuring the trip to Europe, I feel that this hotel spends the most money to experience the most general conditions. The facilities are old, the bed is small, the room has a smell, and the door must be closed. Maybe Nordic prices are really more expensive. 🥹

PPuay Teck OngThe hotel is located perfectly near the city center with pedestrian walking distance from the main train station. There is plenty of seating at the reception, luggage storage is provided when we arrived early and room was not ready.
Staff are super friendly and welcoming and I cant fault them in any way at all.
The room is very clean, however it is much smaller in size than I expected, no place to walk.
The breakfast is basic continental and they only serve scrambled eggs, no sausage or other cooked items.
It is a great place if you just need good night in the city center

GGuest UserThe view outside the room is very nice and very comfortable. The hotel's service is very good. I put my luggage on the basement floor before leaving. The luggage card was given by the front desk~~~ It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. Recommended to stay.

I had hoped for a room on the upper floors as I feel the least disturbed, but unfortunately it was sold out so I got a room on the ground floor, which was annoying as guests walk past the room and look in all the time. So not much privacy in the room.
I think the room lacked a hair dryer and electric kettle, and maybe an air conditioner or similar on the hot days.
Breakfast was fine. There could well have been more options.

VVincent homeAarhus may not be a popular tourist city, but as Denmark's second largest city, it is essentially a highly civilized and safe city to live in or travel.
Commercial civilization, industry is also very developed, the hotel is located in the city; it is very close to relevant attractions and business districts. There are many rooms and there are four elevators; it is very convenient for passengers. The internal space is large but the facilities in the room are not the latest. If you have the opportunity, you will still accept the stay.
