"Hotel facilities are perfect but the service is really rubbish. The shuttle driver and security are the best service staffs. The other staffs are not professional especially the reception. They gave you reasons for not giving you the same type room you stayed exactly like previous time. And the reception said “our business is down now” excuse me . You represent the biggest hotel of the country not a vegetable shop. And there is some details with room are not good maintained like shower room, water doesn’t go down."
