The Appart'City is ecomonical, has has everything the self catering traveller would want. Shame the property has no views to speak of, but everything else is fine. The staff appear quite proud of their hotel and Agen, they are very eager to please - just ask for anything you need. Would higher recommend for those who want to be in the centre of things and be in walking distance of all amenities.

We travelled with 2 children (1 baby 1 and a half year). When booking was booked, we asked for a baby bed, and we even called by phone saying that if there was no availability we had to cancel the reservation (Booking still gave us the possibility to cancel free of charge). It is a hotel where there are plenty of families traveling and spending a night while traveling by car, so being prepared to have children and allow people to rest it would be the minimum for this hotel. Not prepared for that.

The hotel room was clean and fresh, fairly modern and simply decorated, with the amenities you would expect - ensuite shower room, television and even a safe. The room wasn't enormous, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a good quality. USB points AND electric sockets next to the bed were a nice touch. The shower room was also very clean, but being small got quite steamy when you took a shower and I noticed mold spots are starting to appear on the ceiling - maybe inadequate ventilation? I certainly didn't hear the VMC turn on and there was no separate switch to do so - however, the shower room and towels were spotlessly clean. Soap, shower gel and paper cups were provided. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the centre of Agen and so we took the car to go in to eat in the evening although there are a few restaurants (pizza) within walking distance. Overall, no complaints and good value for money. Well done.
