It was my first time visiting Greece and I was definitely not disappointed. The hotel really deserves 4*. The environment is large and maintained. The food did not disappoint either. There are several pools, not one or two bars. We liked the bar the most, Nagy and Popi, the bartenders working by the pool just down from the reception. Special thanks to them. Very kind and attentive to everyone. Best wishes! Animation in the evenings is more focused on the Italian audience. Sometimes you didn't even understand what was happening, because practically everything is in Italian.

A total disaster. Old and rundown structure. The apt was facing a parking lot. The terrace (3sq meters) had 1 plastic chair for 4 people, the bathroom was dirty the shower no tent. The swimming pool leaves your feet blue. sun chairs broken. Lousy breakfast. Rude manager

Lovely place, lovely people. Not their fault it was raining. There is no indoor pool at Cretan village, surprising as it is so large. Nowhere for people to go when the sun is not shining. Covered bar next to reception not open through the day, bit of a con having only the pool bars open when the weather is bad, Only one bus a day to Heraklion 9.15am back at 13.30pm. when you get to town, go upstairs, shops to the right by the large bank. Resort could be doing with more transport options and times. Rooms are nice. Aircon not on in may. Now I know how. Mattress on beds are Hard, credit due they did replace the mattress after I asked for a mattress topper. Again hard mattress a shame, pillows hard too. Nevermind. Lovely tidy resort meals were great, signed up to mitsis club. Our two alacarte meals at pergola and the beach restaurant were excellent, not to be missed. Received a Nice going away present, Entertainment was good at the covered terrace bar. But with only 3 people serving drinks, most people were queuing properly and having to wait from 20 to 30mins. While others were jumping in all over the bar. Just trouble waiting to happen and so off putting. Should be 4 serving 2x2 and queuing from left and the right side. Just fair and organised. Had a lovely time just the scramble to get served at the terrace waisted it. Would recommend a well-run hotel.

Hello!! rested at the Cretan villige Beach hotel 4`stars from october 2-8.2022.Thia is my best holiday this year.The territory of the hotel is beautiful..The view of the sea is amazing.espessialy pleased with the terrace in the room!! its so great! I liked a lot,starting with the cleanness in the rooms(higth-quiality cleaning every day),The food(a lot of fish ,natural Greek products and the service and menu in ala carte) and the service of the admin Guests relations Anastasia Prach( professionalism and attentive attitude to the hotel guests),I will come to Cretan Village again, Best wishes Natli from tallinn

This was the best place to stay I really liked animators at this hotel. Best place to stay for a family holidays. They have amazing food drinks very nice personal. I really recommend this hotel even for business trips solo holidays. They are the best hotel on Crete. ❤️❤️

Были в отеле семьёй в августе 2021 года. Отель территориально находится в деревне Амудара, в 5 км от города Агиос Николаос. Согласна с предыдущими отзывами, без машины делать нечего. Потому что до ближайшего супермаркета 5 км. На такси туда и обратно выйдет 20 евро. Наш номер был под номером 14. Находился на самой высокой точке отеля. С нами была бабушка, ей, конечно, добираться было тяжело. Все эти спуски и подъемы. Особенно после купания. Моё мнение, отель для пожилых людей точно не подходит. В номере был большой балкон, вид классный. Видно и море, и горы с 3-х сторон. Фото прилагаю. Номер - состоял из кухни, совмещенного санузла и двух спален. Одна спальня большая, около 16 кв.м с двухспальной кроватью. Оборудована кондиционером. Был телевизор. Российских каналов нет. Вторая спальня совсем маленькая, с двумя односпальными кроватями. Кондиционера нет. Стоял вентилятор. Телевизора в этой комнате нет. Считаю,что очень большая недоработка. Потому что один кондиционер не справляется с охлаждением всего номера. Даже открытие окон на ночь не спасает от жары. Конечно, это большой минус. Те, кто будет в этой спальне, будут мучиться от жары. В санузле совершенно не хватает полочек для личных вещей. Полотенце повесить некуда.Так же, как и личные вещи. На кухне есть все необходимое. Холодильник, плита, посуда и весь необходимый инвентарь. Территория красивая, зеленая, чистая. Есть 2 бассейна. В одном один раз искупались. Но, видимо, что-то добавлено, скорее всего, хлор. Потому что глаза щипало. Больше мы там не купались. Недалеко от отеля есть два пляжа. Один каменистый, вода там чистая, но не комфортная для плавания. Полоса холодная, полоса тёплая. Чуть дальше пляж песчаный. Тоже вода прозрачная. Но народу там много,так как там плавают отдыхающие из 5-ти звездочного отеля рядом и из нашего отеля. Завтраки однообразные, вкусные.Очень вкусные круассаны. Есть небольшой выбор фруктов и овощей. На всей территории отеля есть вай фай. Ловит хорошо. Уборка номеров где-то через день. Очень приветливая девушка администратор. Немного знает русский язык, приветливая, решает любые проблемы. Большое спасибо ей за всё!!!

per giudicare questo Aparthotel dipende da cosa cerchi e cosa ti aspetti. noi andati conT.O. Margo' sapevamo cosa aspettarci x esperienze passate. in ogni caso se non ti aspetti il lusso, la perfezione, la comodità' ma buon prezzo ( almeno a fine settembre) ti troverai un "villaggio" molto particolare e carino, appartamento tax ultimo piano vista mare .arredato con tutto quello che ti serve, romantico. Attenzione che ci vuole un auto perché lontano dal centro abitato circa 5km, le spiagge belle ad almeno 20-30 minuti, tanti tanti gradini da fare per raggiungere la camera.....in ogni caso i pro superano i contro ....da provare per la sua unicità', almeno per noi, se ti adegui troverai molte cose positive....ovviamente il prezzo deve essere basso altrimenti non ne vale. e' situato a meta' della costa est e quindi comodo a visitare sia il sud che il nord.la proprietaria molto gentile, potete chiedere a lei per il nolo auto.Non consigliato ad anziani e bimbi piccoli per come e' strutturato.

Hôtel fort sympathique et très bien situé. Parti avec Coralia,a refaire. Cadre parfait et les équipes compétent a tout les niveaux. Les excursions sont tous simplement magnifique. Une semaine est un peu juste, vaudrait partir une dizaine de jours.
