The hotel is seemingly still under construction. The queen bed was a double at best. The walls a paper thin and can hear everything. The room have windows above the door that allow light from the hall way to shine in. The staff is very attentive though.

I didn't like this “hotel” at all, it doesn't have good reception at the station compared to other hotels, we were waiting a long time, the service was unprofessional, slow and without any preparation. The hotel has characteristics and quality almost like a hostel… there is no telephone in the rooms to talk to the reception, little security and poor facilities! The only advantages I saw were the location and the lady at the reception who was very friendly… They will try to correct the previous mistake with a dinner but the restaurant also tried a scam to get money... I didn't like it very much and I can't ignore such unethical things... I'm sorry... Thank God it was only one night! But I don't know where they found out that this “hotel” has three stars…

The hotel is located high up the hill from where the train drops you. Rooms are not well kept, no hooks to hang towels that were not needed because there was no hot water. Complaining to unapologetic staff didn’t improve the situation. Breakfast was not kept warm and when they run out of milk, they said they didn’t have anymore available, asked to go and buy more but indicated they couldn’t do it. Will never stay again here.

I would not recommend staying at this place. The photos you see are probably from when they first opened. The rooms do NOT look like that now. I went to Aguas Calientes with a group, and all of the rooms had mold growing on the ceilings, no towels in the bathrooms, and when we requested towels, they put one towel, and the next day took the towel and did not put new ones in. The walls are dirty and look like they have not been painted since they opened. I had bugs in my bed and my ankles and feet were covered in small bites. I kept looking in the sheets but could not see anything, but by the next morning both my feet and parts of my legs were covered in these small bites. We were forced to stay there a second night as they would not refund our second night so we could stay elsewhere. I did not sleep at all and tried to lay on top of the bed with my sweatshirt covering me. (I pulled the covers off completely) The walls are paper thin, and we could hear conversations from the other floors all hours of the night (yes the other FLOORS) . The front staff is nice and friendly, it was not their fault their hotel is so run down, but the housekeeping staff doesn't seem to know that rooms should be clean, and more than one towel should be put in the room, and replaced if they take it out of the room. Breakfast ends at 8am, which is early compared to other hotels. My friend got there 15 minutes late at 8:15 and the left over food was still out, but they would not give her a fork, so she stabbed her dry bread and the few pieces of cubed fruit with a knife she found and ate it like that... Staying at this hotel pretty much put a damper on our 2 days there. It was a horrifying experience. I was so exhausted from no sleep by the time I left. Some of the staff used the excuse of the pandemic for the hotel being so run down. I would not recommend staying here. PS- sorry but I could not bring myself to post pictures of my feet and ankle bites.

Well what can I say The pictures on the website nothing like the room we had Took me 30 minutes to close curtains that kept falling down See pictures Bathroom was terrible Didn't have towels had to contact reception And after waiting in the restaurant for 40 minutes staff still hadn't finished everything so went without most of what wanted Gave it a one star because they don't do half stars

I really hate to be a “Karen” but I spent so much time meticulously planning a long time bucket list trip to Peru with my father who’s in his 70’s. I found this accommodation through a very popular hotel booking site and even had a confirmation email 24 hours prior to the booking to give us address details and “booking for tomorrow is ok” so imagine our surprise when we arrive after almost 24 hours of travel for the incredibly rude front desk girl to say “No booking, we don’t even use Agoda.” I’m really privy to hectic travel hiccups but finding my father and I in the dark without accommodation was not the sort of unpredictable travel experience I was hoping for. I had the 3rd party booking site contact the hotel after the front desk girl shooed us off nonchalantly where we sat outside for an hour and we’re notified they weren’t going to honor our reservation made a month in advance. Luckily we were able to find another last minute accommodation but maybe think twice before booking here
