"Very good guarded hotel complex OUTSIDE the city. Beautiful clean safe place. The room is cool, everything is new, but I had a shower, not a bath, as stated in the photo of the room. The breakfast is delicious, a large selection of pastries, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, drinks.. very attentive and pleasant staff. Check-in at 15.00, but we got the room around 18 in the evening ((. Even on the spot it turned out that an extra charge is required, it is not known for what.. this issue was handled by the Trip service, so I was not very upset. All entertainment in the hotel is paid - billiards, air hockey, tennis, golf. Heated rooftop pool! It's a pity no one said about it, I found it only at the end of the second day of stay. It is difficult to call a taxi, it is far from the city. You need to wait a long time. Not everyone from the city wants to go there either."

"The hotel is just super, what a stunning view from the hotel from the 16th floor, of the city and the sea, we were delighted. The studio is very spacious, everything you need is there, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a wonderful soft one. The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the train station, if you go from Cairo by bus, then from the bus station there are minibuses for 7 pounds to the train station, and from there it is 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel."

"The room is clean and compact, and the hotel lobby is a very high space. When you enter, it feels like a serious hotel, not a B&B. After exiting the hotel, walk to the right for a minute or two and you will reach the seaside. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pompeii Column and 2.6 kilometers away from the Gabeyi Castle. This store is pretty good, enough for 4 stars. I guess the negative reviews on the Internet are caused by competitors."

"The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update."
